The company hired a subcontractor to do the removal of old roof and dry in of new roof. Our contract clearly stated that we were upgrading to higher quality nails. We were home when work was completed and they never renailed the roof. We called and after much discussion the owner had his guys come back to nail the roof through the water seal barrier. The company never showed up when they stated they would and took several calls to confirm when they were returning to complete the job. The owner stated it will take longer to get out because we have to have my guys come out and renail the roof. No one was at our house for 3 weeks leaving up without a dry vent and bathroom vent and our yard a mess. The finish work looks fine but the clean up they promised still has never happened. We have contacted the owner directly and he tells us that his guy will be out tomorrow. 2 weeks later and no one has shown up. Paying for quality work makes you expect quality customer service and work.
