CapBeast may do quality hats but wouldn't know, there's no tracking available for the order process time. I asked for refund because I used another company that got it to me sooner and when I needed. Still waiting on refund. Communication with their "customer support" is non existent, honestly if anyone has spoken to any of their employees over the phone is like seeing a unicorn, those things don't exist. They also add this which I don't think is applicable anymore: "Kindly keep in mind that due to the current situation with the COVID-19 crisis there may be some delays in response time."

An order meant to be Christmas gifts was placed on 11/5/2023. It is now 10 weeks later and still no hats. However, that isn't the worst part of my CapBeast experience as that honor goes to the horrible customer service from Faiz and Team CapBeast. From slow response times to giving non-committal answers to the specific question about when the order would be shipped like "I can see that processing takes longer than it should take. I will have a look into the matter, check with the relevant department and do all in my power to have all of the processes involved expedited as much as possible." There has been no update about the status of the order since the last contact on the 5th of January, 2024. With all of the other options available for this type of service please take your business elsewhere.

CapBeast? A better name would be CapLeast.

Update: A refund was requested and at least they are consistent by not responding.

Update #2: A complaint has been filled with the BBB in Canada.

My order was placed a couple months ago without ever receiving updates. I have reached out to their customer service and support, but no response has been met for days! I wish I would have read an honest review. This is my intention. Do yourself a favor as I have wasted months and also had to deal with disputing the charges with my credit card company.

I ordered the hats I designed on 11/22 and have received no updates. I have called the service number and emailed customer service over 20 times and still no status of the hats

After 6 weeks I contacted them they said they still haven't started my order! I'll never order from here again!

Not worth the waite!

I am so upset! I have placed an order since
November and I have not yet to receive my order and it's about to be March! I tried calling it says it's closed and I have been writing email since January and I got a response once saying it was on its way and after that until today nothing! Don't buy anything from here your money will be gone!

These clowns got my order, took forever to make it, left out components that were clearly in the design I had created online and sent it to me. Upon receiving the product I emailed them a picture and asked if I could ship it back and they add the stuff they forgot/left out and even offered to pay for it! I had to remind them twice and upon the 3rd time in contact with their "customer service" team they hit me with the "let me talk to my manager and see what I can do."
It has now been 3 months since the initial order and nothing has been resolved even after several (more) reminding emails. So this company is clearly ok with me sitting at home with a bull$#*!ass product that I cannot even gift to the person it was intended…and clearly doesn't want to do anything about it.
I don't know if this is normal operating procedure but be weary because you might pay $50 for a custom hat that looks nothing like you wanted it to.

Actually, do not use this site. Ever.

I ordered a cap with a custom embroidery. I understand that they can't match colours perfectly (that just makes sense), but the decision that they made on the colour is clearly incorrect. There doesn't seem to be any part of the process where I could have seen that they made this incorrect decision and corrected them.

I reached out to ask for a hat with the proper colours or a refund, but was refused.

IF THE OPTION FOR "0" STARS EXISTED THAT'S WHAT CAPBEAST WOULD DESERVE. I RECEIVED A HAT THAT TOTALLY BUTCHERED MY LOGO AND OBVIOUSLY WENT THROUGH NO QUALITY CONTROL. I POLITELY ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY OFFERED TO RUSH ME A NEW HAT INSTEAD. 60 DAYS LATER I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REPLACEMENT HAT AND NOW ANOTHER REP IS "CHECKING" TO SEE IF THEY CAN SHIP ONE OUT. NO, I WANT A REFUND.

Geez, so a little update on this. Last week (July 7,2020), I finally received 2 of the 3 hats that I ordered. I had ordered one of one style and two of a second. For that hat for which I ordered two, they only sent one of them. My girlfriend got in touch with them on their website and eventually seemed to talk to a real person through Instagram. They apologized, told her they have implemented a number of changes, and told us that they upgraded the missing hats to a better quality and will send out 2 new ones so that they match. We'll see if those ever come. Eight months later, I have 2 of the 3 hats that I ordered, and I am just fine with that. Talk about a low bar to hit. At this point, I don't even care if my other hat comes in and don't care that I never did get a partial refund. Just satisfied enough to be mostly done with this experience.

100% stay away from the business. December 7,2019 - placed order for two hats. January 26,2020 - inquired about delay on hat order. January 27,2020 - email response stated ". In production queue... unexpected amount of orders... that's the reason. Your order hasn't been shipped." February 22,2020 - emailed again complaining about 11 week time lapse with still no hat. February 24,2020 - "... due to setbacks... within the production facility... progress is slower than usual... your order was neither forgotten nor pushed back." They also offered a 20% refund. I just want my freaking hats. May 8,2020. Still no hats, still no correspondence. Is this company seriously still taking orders?

I reached out to them before ordering and told them when I needed this order by and Vicky assured me yes that was possible and she would rush all departments to make sure it happened. It's almost two weeks after she assured me it would arrive by and it hasn't even shipped.

Promised customized trucker hats in 4-6 weeks. Paid in full for 60 of them back in September. We should have received our order on November 11,2019.
Still haven't seen the product and though they have said they will refund the money over email we still have not been refunded $1,300. We have decided to take legal action. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never in my life would I reccomend nor order from here again. Ordered mid December, find out towards the 27th that it's finally "being processed" just to wait till January 23rd to hear that the shipping label has been made. It's now February 1st and it still says "shipping label has been created". If your looking to pass away before getting your package I would recommend this website.

I found there site offering custom hats usually 30 days or less fstart to finish. 7 months later my hats finally showed up. Wrong the letters were so small you can't read them. Everytime I contacted the over the 7 months they told me it was in design. They didn't even have the original color I ordered. I was so disappointed disgusted with there product. I could of went to any mall in the US and had tge hats made in 2 hours. But because we had planned to order bulk if there product was any where near advertised. We went with Cap Beast. Ultimately my designs were nothing but simple letters. Suppose to be 2inches tall in the front and 1 inch tall in thereal.

There site says 30 days or less it took them 7 months then instead of shipping over night or next day air they still Shipped snail mail

I've been waiting 4 months for a delivery that was said to be a 4-week turnaround. The customer service interactions have been very nice, but I still don't have my hats. I don't know about the quality, because I've never received what I paid for. I would love to give feedback about how great it looks, but I can't because they haven't fulfilled the order. Their site says a four-week turnaround, but it's not true. I understand the situation the world is in, but four months and counting is a little much.

I ordered a hat for my son on December 11th 2021. I was totally resigned to the fact that it likely wouldn't arrive by Christmas, but that it'd surely be here by his birthday on 1/22/2022. Wrong.

I called after 4 weeks of my order being "pending" for it to go " in production" that day, where it stayed for 2.5 weeks. I was told then that there had been some delay (no more information than that) and that she'd look into it.

It now says it has shipped, however, all I see is that a shipping label has been created and that it's still sitting in New York waiting to find it's way to USPS.

I sent an email in response to my "shipped" notification letting them know how ridiculous it is to have something ship after 6.5 weeks with zero communication on their part and that I'd NEVER order from them again and I'd caution anyone thinking of ordering from them not to bother as well. The response I got was weak and clearly expressed to me that "customer service" doesn't give a $#*! if they lose customers or not. Add to that the fact that I called today and was told my package is in Canada, though what I'm seeing says otherwise to which she responds, it's wrong your package is in Ontario... Why!? I'm in Wilmington, NC!

DON'T DO IT.

The current date is 2/2/22 - still no hat.

I ordered a customized hat in the beginning of December. CapBeast contacted me saying that I should resubmit my order because the payment wasn't "captured". The $59.60 was taken out of my checking account for the order though. I tried contacting this company and still am trying and every time they say that they are working on this, but nothing changes. Still no refund!

I CANCELLED MY ORDER SINCE THEIR WEBSITE SAID 4-6 WEEKS AND AFTER 6 WEEKS OF PLACING THE ORDER AND FOLLOWING UP I WAS TOLD IT IS STILL IN THE APPROVAL PHASE. I DECIDED TO CANCEL AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS TO SEE MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER, BUT "I AM ESCALATING THIS TO MY SUPERIORS". AFTER SO LONG OF FOLLOWING UP THEY STOPPED RESPONDING COMPLETELY. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. 2 YEARS OUT AND NO REFUNDS. THEY'RE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!
