I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred. -Production was very fast….a few days. -shipped out very soon. -Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx. -Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously. -Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping. -I contacted Customer service. -They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs. -a day later I received shipment notice. -two days later received replacements. This time not broken. I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order. I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear. I will be using them again in the future.

I bought a Groupon for this. I spent an hour creating a book, only for it to disappear. Then the Groupon code said it had been used. Then, when I tried to make another book, the uploading tool for photos wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they were barely invested in helping and when I used what they told me to do, it still didn't work. There's 2 and 1/2 hours I would love back. It's not worth it. Use another company.

I bought a Groupon for this. I spent an hour creating a book, only for it to disappear. Then the Groupon code said it had been used. Then, when I tried to make another book, the uploading tool for photos wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they were barely invested in helping and when I used what they told me to do, it still didn't work. There's 2 and 1/2 hours I would love back. It's not worth it. Use another company.

Hello Sitejabber,

My recent use of this website left me with mixed feelings. I felt as though i was being scammed for photos and that the UI was exceedingly hard to read. The font choice hurt my eyes and the Artificial Intelligence consultant kept saying horrible things to me. The chess features were pretty good, but thats all this site has going for it.

I will not be using it again.

Initially, my monitor was too bright. This could cause dark images. After adjusting and previewing with other monitors, I thought I had a good match. However, the next series of prints came in over saturated and still too dark. Customer service is slow. I was offered a reprint for one image. I accepted, but hey, they didn't notice me as to how to claim the reprint. They have been silent since I replied back that yes, I would like a reprint. Radio silence for weeks.

The order comprised one, single, large photo collage from five smaller photos. The two top pictures on the finished product had my friend's head cut off at the top. This differed from the photo that appeared on the screen when I placed the order. Also, her chin was cut off from one image at the bottom.
When I expressed dissatisfaction, customer service offered 70% off the next purchase rather than attempting to fix the issues. The finished photo is not at all fit to hang and is a complete waste of money.
I will never order again from Canvas On Sale/Canvas Discount. Therefore, the coupon is useless.
I am dissatisfied with the photo that I received and the lack of customer satisfaction.
I was told that Canvas On Sale/Canvas Discount does not check or edit the photo or photos prior to printing. Here, editing was not required. Proper positioning of the photos was. I expected the photo to look like the example provided at the time of selection.

I bought this through groupon and have yet to receive my blankets that I bought as Christmas gifts. I have emailed and not received a response. I also called the company and music played for about 5minutes before I hung up. I read such great reviews but so far I still haven't received my items and I haven't received a tracking number. I purchased the items at the beginning of LAST week.

Happy with the product and the price discount from Groupon. The issue I have is with the shipping that does not come with tracking. The page your sent to with info telling you it will arrive 5-14 days is no help.

This was the first time and this will be the last time i order from this company. I thought I could just get the picture and hang it but i have to get frame or something to hang on wall. It was just a piece of glass with nothing on back to hang. NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased 12 canvases - metal. Many were used as gifts. The shipping boxes were ridiculously large for the size of the product, but the packaging was insecure and insufficient. Upon arrival, only 2 of my pictures did not have corners lifting and/or dinged. One of the pictures has colors that are off and is incredibly blurred. Customer service has not once responded to attempts to contact them about the issues. They were purchased mid-February, arrived end of February, today is May 2.

I won't order from them again. Other companies have excellent products and service.

These are very flimsy. The wood borders are extremely thin and have no weight to them at all. Print quality is good but not great. They encourage you to reach out if you are not satisfied which I did, but they didn't get back to me.

I've ordered canvas prints from multiple companies. I received this one in a good amount of time - but you could tell it was damaged. Not from shipping. I tried to call them 5 times and was always disconnected. I then emailed the 4 more times and never got anything more than the automated email. I have still not heard back. I would not EVER buy anything from them again.
Quality is good but service is horrible.

Barely hold themselves onto the fridge, never mind anything else. Really thin, really cheap, very disappointed. Also their shipping page says every package has tracking... NOT TRUE, mine did not and I had no clue where my package was once shipped.

Use extreme caution when it comes to this company. I ordered a metal frame from them with a groupon discount attached BEFORE Christmas so I could give it as a gift. Not only did the package arrive a week late but the quality was awful, I was shocked they would even send it to me without double checking first. The professionaly taken (not on an iphone), high jpg photo I sent in came back on supposedly a "metal"-(truly aluminum) canvas. It was completely discolored as though their ink was running out and extremely pixelated and fuzzy looking. After trying a dozen or so times to contact the company via phone and never getting someone to answer I emailed the company which took them three weeks to respond each time. I exchanged messages over the next couple months with three different people via emails, none of which were on the same page about a refund or new print. One said they'd send a new photo immediately, this never happened. The next said I needed to completely destroy my print in order to have a new one sent (like why would i do that? You already have my money.) and finally another said I would need to pay shipping for a new one to be sent out. It didn't feel worth it anymore and I felt I was talking to a machine. They only post the good reviews on their website, so just be careful (if they even let this be posted) this company is not legitimate and if it is, then they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So disappointed.

Ordered a 40" x 30" family print on 11/5 and received it on 11/11. This was going to be an 80th birthday gift for my visiting father. Unfortunately I received somebody else's order of The Blues Brothers instead (see attached picture). I notified CanvasOnSale on 11/11. It's 11/14 and I have not received an update on my corrected print shipping out yet and my father leaves town tomorrow. CanvasOnSale states that express shipping is not available even though it is when you go through the original order/shipping process. Crossing fingers the correct order arrives tomorrow but if I haven't received a shipping notice yet then I doubt it will. I would be very hesitant to order from them or recommend them to friends and family.

I have ordered 2 photo blankets since 4/30/17. One from printerpix.com, and the other from canvason sale.com. The first on from printerpix.com took me about 30-45 minutes to upload and arrange all of my photos for the blanket.
Then i figured the next order would go just as smooth. HAH. First off, your photo must be the perfect size and you you cant do multiple photos per blanket. There is no photo editing software in their website at all. Then after all of that was finally done my. Groupon voucher would not work. Then suddenly after i sent them a copy of my voucher somehow started working and they have no idea what "I" was doing wrong. So, i finally got past all of that and it cone time t pay for the shipping. Then it would not except my information. Every time i would enter my billing info and continue to the next page. It would just erase all the info i just entered and make me start over. So i contacted them again and they told me i must use a different web browser then safari. Blah blah blah.
In a nut shell, if I hadn't prepaid for the blanket. I would have never ever went through the hassle. In fact I started to think that was their whole approach to make it so difficult that you just give up. And they get to Keep your money!

Disappointed in the quality. Pictures were blurry, the mounting was done cheaply. I have used other canvas companies before and the quality was much better.

Although the service was quick and easy. The clarity of the picture was not what I expected. I initially paid for a 40x30 but because of my apparently the resolutions of the picture it made me select a 24x16. Even though I was disappointed with the size I went ahead an order it expecting to get a good picture image. But that wasn't the case. There are still some parts of the picture where you can see blurriness.

Did not come with the backing to hang up and one came with fuzzy things all around the edges. Cant get hold of anyone in customer service.

Had a groupon for four of the photo blankets. They ended up to be more like lap blankets than real blankets, but they were soft and the color and picture turned out fantastic.

My main issue was that the groupon and website made it look like these would be shipped from the USA and that production and delivery would only take about 2 weeks total. I placed the order on Nov. 26 to have them delivered by Christmas.

As Christmas approached, I called to check on a tracking number (promised on their website) I then found out my order was coming from the German plant (no word of that anywhere on their website) and they don't have tracking on those packages.

The packages never arrived. In early January, I called again to complain. Or I tried, but it was very hard to get through to their customer service department. I eventually left a not very nice email, to which they responded apologizing and saying they would ship the items out again (from Germany again).

I finally received my order yesterday. If I had payed full price, I would have been disappointed due to the size, but they were worth what I paid in the Groupon.

I had ordered two separate orders. Two canvases for my mother in law to be sent to her and 5 for me. They sent me an email few days later stating they made a mistake with the pics and will correct it and send them out. My mother in law received her two but I received 2 canvases of pictures that were not mine. I emailed them, they asked for the D numbers on canvases. They apologized and said my order will be processes shortly. I got a tracking number and I thought my order of 5 would come. Friday I get an email that it was delivered and still I had nothing. They processed my mother in law's pictures again and resent two more to her. I emailed them and haven't had a response. I have never had a problem with them ever until now. It saddens me because I have ordered so much from them and now I have to find a new company. Hopefully I get my canvases this week or I need to call Paypal to get my refund.
** update I spoke to a very nice woman there and she said sshe will send right out and also rechecked the order for me. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Ordered some stuff which I received and was happy. Then received someone else's pictures... have called numerous times and get music or message that they're closed for the bank holiday on days that aren't bank holidays. Sent e-mails for 3 weeks asking for help and got NO Response. Still haven't received my pictures and don't know what to do with these other people's pictures. Shame on them for treating a good customer so poorly. I will tell everyone to go elsewhere. And I hope the people with my pictures are as mad as I am. Seriously people... go elsewhere where you are taken care of.

I didn't understand half of ur process in completing the canvas. I won't know how my picture canvas will turn out till I get it. Others deliver quickly and typically for cheap or free. I doubt that I will use this again.

I ordered a picture for a family friend and I opened it just wanted to check it out before I gave it to them I realize they sent me the wrong picture, it was still great quality but i'm just bummed, hopefully we get it all figured out and I get my picture soon!

I ordered two photo mugs, but upon arrival one of the mugs was damaged (refer to attached pictures). "Fragile item" wasn't indicated on the box, and I'm extremely disappointed in the outcome. I'm giving this two-stars, because although the other mug was damaged, the other was fine and the quality of the picture was beautifully printed on the mug with no lighting issues or other errors.
