I ordered a 30x20 canvas wrap print and it arrived safely and well packaged. There was a minor hiccup with the shipping, but that was well handled and dealt with promptly. Great service and a quality product..

Colours are vibrant, high quality. It's a gift so it hasn't been hung yet, but I suspect it will be wonderful. Very happy with product

System is not flexible in setting 2 addresses, for billing and shipping.
Also, it didn't accepted discount coupon. I don't know about quality of the prints yet. Will leave feedback as soon i see the prints

Good quality but very think acrylic coat and too bulky handle from the back. When you hang the photo on the wall it's sticks out a lot

My order came in less than two weeks and they look great.

I am very happy with my recent purchases of metal photo of my dog. It was sent very efficiently right before Christmas. Quality is great and I appreciate that they sent me a realistic preview before proceeding.

I ordered a "canvas" from this company thinking I would receive a traditional canvas ready to hang. What I received was merely a poster printed on different material; except this poster cost $60. The resolution is terrible; there's no way in the world I'd hang this piece of garbage. So OF COURSE there are no returns or refunds. I contacted the company and each time they responded with a paragraph long mumble jumble that I could barely understand.

I ordered a Custom Print with Canvas n' Decor on November 28. It was a special Custom Order Print for my elderly father for Christmas. It was a wood print with a photo of him and I in the background, and a poem written overtop of the photo. The proof looked amazing, and I was very excited to get this in for him for Christmas.
I had not heard anything about my order so was getting concerned. I followed up December 11, and their response was that I will get this shortly before Christmas. On December 18, I still had not received any kind of confirmation that the product had been shipped. When I followed up, I was told that I would receive it by the end of the week.
Finally I received it late December 22. When I opened it, the product received looked nothing like the print. The photo of my father and I was so faded that you couldn't even see it in the light. This left me scrambling days before Christmas to find something else meaningful for my Dad. When I contacted Canvas n' Decor about my displeasure, this was the response received:

"The image provided is a very light background. Even just looking at the image on the screen you have difficulty seeing the background.
This is normal if you want to have text over the image. You want to see the text first.
Our printer did a good job from what we can see. It matched the image that was provided.
If you darken the background image you will lose the text and things may look muddled.
The issue with this image could be more the layout of the image.
If you like to see the two things clearly one should not be on top of the other."

I will, unfortunately, be out the cost of this product and will have to order this with a company that values their customers and is happy to work with them. I am shocked that this meaningful gift to my father has left such a sour taste due to Canvas n' Decor, and I would NOT recommend using them for any type of custom product.

The quality of this hand stretched cotton canvas print exceeded my expectations. I love that it's super tight, detailed, and it had a hanger already attached. I will be using this company for my future business needs.

Would have been helpful to have more information on the inbetween ordering and shipping time, to make sure that the order hasn't been forgotten.

Last order was more cost effective than this time around. That means I will have to charge my customers more. Your prices obviously went up.

I put my order through and paid for my purchase in full including the additional $16.99 in shipping. Three weeks later I was notified that I needed to pay an additional $74.99 for shipping on an $127.14 order. I would have never put this order through if there was an obvious indication that I would be paying over $90.00 in shipping.

I had a an engineering drawing piece that was large, very large and I wanted this reproduced on canvas. Pushing this company to the max of what they advertised. They touted 95", I needed 86" with some excess. We talked about colors and my other requirements. They reviewed and collectively we came up with an agreement. Their production was rolled and mailed securely/timely and the final product was flawless. Just what I wanted/needed. I am very, very happy with their work, their customer service and the final product. Recommendation? Absolutely! If you are doing some art for home or business, check this out. It will be worth your time.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Canvases came unmounted. Product is thin and bland. Not beautiful vibrant colors as shown in pictures. Customer service refuses to help and stopped an aswering my emails bf resolved. Product comes from China

Your site needs work. A "system error" on each add to cart does not inspire confidence. Timing out a login session on the way to checkout with no notice, making the cart suddenly "empty" until logging in again is NOT confidence inspiring, and you are the ONLY vendor to apply a UPS rural surcharge, ever. But your prices and quality are good, so I'll probably be back. PS you should consider FTP, Amazon S3, or Dropbox. for file upload.

Production time was a bit longer than expected, but wasn't too bad all in all. I did have a concern about how true would be and if it would print lighter/darker. I have to say that I'm very happy with how accurate the colours were!

Excellent quality product, excellent customer service with efficient, prompt assistance and speedy delivery. I highly recommend Canvas and Decor.
