This was my second order within a month. After a great result on my first order we decided to get stuff for all our grandkids. It was another great experience. Reasonable price, good quality, fast shipping, and excellent customer communication. I highly recommend. I would also recommend watching for sales as the sale prices do change often.

Ordered dec. 7th. Cannot get a hold of them through phone, email, or facebook. No tracking number no items! But they had no problems taking my money! Will sit on hold for 10 minutes to getting up on. Have called already 9 times! This place is a scam!

Ordered dec. 7th. Cannot get a hold of them through phone, email, or facebook. No tracking number no items! But they had no problems taking my money! Will sit on hold for 10 minutes to getting up on. Have called already 9 times! This place is a scam!

Super low quality company that doesn't stand behind their products! Prints were super grainy and they claim they can nothing about it even though they were professionally taken photos.

There is No Way I can hang this framed work on my wall! Every corner has at least a 1/4 inch overhang of canvas from the back of frame protruding over the edge of the frame! I can't believe I spent money on pictures and got frames that my child could have done a better job doing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I've ordered my canvas over a month ago and still have not received any notification of the status of my order. I've sent numerous emails and tried calling customer service with no answer. I'm filing fraud I suggest no one use this site ever

I would rather give it zero stars, wished I read the reviews before I placed my order. I placed an order, looked at the website as its advertised that it has a 24 hour turn around for products to get them printed & shipped out. Well 3 days later and its still in the printing stage. After being disconnected after 10 minutes 8 times, I finally got a hold of a very unhelpful woman who basically told me she cant help me but if I scroll down to the far bottom of the website, in really small letters, I would see their turn around time. I feel that this business is not honest with their customers. I asked if I could speak to a manager or supervisor and was told they they did not have a number and I had to email them, they would get back to me in 3-4 days. So now I am at a stand still, I have no answers, I am out the money I spent and I will not have my item in time. My advice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I THINK ITS A SCAM!

I ordered a photo of my brother and me printed on glass. The photo was taken 60 years ago. They sent me a photo of a one year old I donn't even know. Somebody has my photo and they are going to be pissed off. Never again will I use this.

I ordered 4 framed prints and when I received the order 3 of the prints were correct but the fourth print was missing (the largest and most expensive print) and in its place was a framed picture of a random family. I have called their "customer service" number a dozen times, no one has or will ever answer, its not a real number! I have emailed multiple times and they keep responding with the same template response each time, no matter how I answer. I understand mistakes happen but not being able to reach ANYONE to correct it is ridiculous! Don't waste your time or money! Spend the few extra dollars somewhere else to avoid the headache. Hopefully I hear from someone soon!

I ordered an 8x10 pic for my grandsons grad pic on metal! It showed up later than promised and it was on some type of plastic with no way to hang it! Literally nothing on the back! The color was horrible and the edges very sharp! We tried to get someone to respond and it took several weeks for a response! Then the hoop jumping started, take a pic, email it to them! Then we got an email wanting us to scratch or mark through the pic and take another pic and send it to them! This is a $20 pic! There customer service is horrific! I don't recommend them, run as fast as you can! I will do more then $20 worth of damage to there reputation! You better get smart before you don't have a business!

Awful service! I made an order 3 weeks ago to be delivered for Mother's Day, it's May 19th, 9 days late and counting. Had to pay duties, I guess my order is coming from China, had I known, I wouldn't have ordered from Bestcanvas.ca. Name should be changed to worst-canvas. China

They have the absolute WORST Customer Service! Have been trying to reach them via eMail & telephone since June 1 in regards to several large and expensive Acrylic prints that have been printed TOO LIGHT & TOO WASHED-OUT. My "30 days" to get a refund is running out, now. And I HAVE GOTTEN ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE except a canned email about how they'll get back to me in 1-2 days, then 3-5 days, and still, NOTHING.
As you can see in the picture of the flowers, the Acrylic print is extremely light and washed-out - especially compared to the original on my monitor. This is an EXPENSIVE 30x40" print - AND they failed to attached the aluminum backframe for hanging it! The bobcat print is 20x20 and is also devoid of color, detail, and contrast. Which defeats the whole purpose of getting Acrylic prints!
Yet another was printed "backwards"...
I guess you get what you pay for... Sad. Family-owned, American company. Would have like to give them more business. But this is ridiculous.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I would leave 0 stars but i not think it is possible. I placed an order of 11 prints with them. Approximately 3 weeks later I received their box. Which contained someone else's pictures and no packaging slip. After calling for half a day since the on line agent was unavailable I finally reached a very short rep in the phone which could care less I had someone else's photos. I was told to go ahead and throw out the other person's pictures and that I needed to go and reorder everything from my original order that they would just replace the other persons order. It did not make sense to me that I had to redo my order but they were just going to refill the other person's order, but I did it anyway I emailed them as they requested once I have replaced my order they notified me that they would pull it start reprocessing it. I then had to call back when they had not pulled it and placed my order the 2nd time. It has now been seven days since that and my order has now gone from in production, to order receive I called for about an hour... got a rep on the phone and told her I needed help with an issue in an order that I had placed and I was promptly hung up on I have now been calling again for a little over an hour with no answer. My suggestion to you is do not place an order with them go somewhere else save yourself the headache

I ordered several framed prints from the site. The photos on the site of the product only show a corner of the frame. The next morning, I realized that it may be possible that the backs may not have a flap that allows them to stand. I went to the live-chat and it told me to call. I called and an automated message told me to email them. I emailed them and told them that if their frames don't have the requested backing, I wish to cancel. I started the process way before the item was printed and shipped. Eventually, I got a notification that the items have shipped. Then I got an email from customer service a few days later telling me I can buy separate backings to hang the frames on the wall. That's not even what I was asking them. So now I've got over $100 of framed prints being sent as a Xmas gift that I they stand on the mantel (or apparently even hang on a wall).

I have been waiting for my order USA*******145 to arrive to my aunt in Brooklyn that was ordered and paid for on 4/28. As of this date 5/15 the order has not arrived! I have sent numerous emails to you called you which hangs up on you also numerous times! WHERE IS MY ORDER!

My company ordered custom logo face masks on 07.20. We were told the order could take up to two weeks to receive. Almost a month later, after numerous e-mails to customer service (there's no readily available phone number to call, you have to e-mail them), we finally received them. They were incorrect. The fabric and color were horrible. Customer service said they would replace the masks free of charge. I donated the incorrect masks.

Again, almost a month went by, and after MORE e-mails to customer service, I was told "our masks didn't mean quality control inspection, so we have to redo them." OK, fine. Another few weeks go by, and we received the masks. STILL WRONG. I couldn't believe.

I immediately contact customer service. They told me if I wanted a refund (because I surely didn't trust them to make the masks correctly after now 3 misprints), I would have to send them pictures of every single mask destroyed individually. When I inquired why I could not donate these masks in the midst of the pandemic, when there is a severe mask shortage, I was told I agreed to the terms and conditions when we purchased from them. The terms and conditions I agreed to were contingent on actually receiving our correct order!

I have never once spoken on the phone from anyone in this company. My issues were never escalated to management, but simply passed to the next customer service representative who responded like a bot... I'm not confident I ever spoke to a real person.

We never received a refund. I refused to destroy the masks and donated them anyways. I will never, ever purchase anything from this horrible company again and will advise our constituents of their "process."

I ordered multiple canvases. Due to the way they packaged them, the larger canvas was stretched and had an indent from the smaller canvas.

After an email, they sent a replacement. Pretty simple. Except the replacement has MULTIPLE issues. It was not stretched and wavy, the "Stretched" print that was supposed to be on the edges was showing on the front, and some of the white canvas paper was even showing on the right edge of the canvas.

The fact that this was a REPLACEMENT, and someone though that the replacement with all the issues is OK to ship, speaks volumes about this company.

And then they want proof I destroyed the absolutely terrible canvas, like I would want to display that. The canvas on the left was the REPLACEMENT they sent me. What an absolute joke. Pay a few extra bucks and STAY AWAY.

I've been waiting on my order for 1 week when it should have been shipped 4 days ago. Production hasn't even started! Due to this my order will not be arriving when I want it to and therefore I will be canceling it

I think the folks at CanvasDiscount/BestCanvas spend more time putting up fake positive reviews than they do working on canvases. No quality control whatsoever--- no customer care--- once they get your money, you are no longer of value to them. I've placed a few orders now in the last several months and I've had a number of problems including: bad prints (misalignment's, poor faded color, ink blemishes, loosely wrapped canvases), false promises for reprints, no responses to e-mails-- I've been hung up on when calling customer service, I've been hung up after being on hold, I've had 10 e-mails go unanswered within two months--- basically I've been scammed out of $1,000.
These guys used to be good-- I used them a number of times last year and had good experiences. They now ship from Germany(?) even though they are a Florida-based company. Yeah, sure they are. New ownership? They used to ship their canvases with foam padding, tightly packed with care and strong wooden frames-- now they ship in unprotected shrinkwrap, loosely in a box with no padding and their wood frames are flimsy, light and the lowest quality of wood you can imagine. Please watch out for these guys. CanvasDiscount--- you really have to shape up-- or just close your doors. This scam-show is sickening.

I bought 3 coffee mugs with my family members pictures on them as gifts. This is what I received (see pic below). All 3 mugs were broken to pieces! Never again will I order anything from them.

CanvasDiscount.com (Bestcanvas, Inc.) website and its Ad was flashing Mother's Day delivery guarantee with a timer count down. My credit card was charged as soon as order placed, but the order wasn't sent out until 5 days later (not the 24 hour processing guarantee), shipping took another 7days (not as promised 2-6 days). I didn't receive my order until 12 days after I paid. Mother did NOT receive her gift on Mother's Day. Mom is Very Sad!

I've ordered from canvasdiscount, previously, and was pleased with their work. I decided to order 4 canvases for Christmas gifts, which were guaranteed to be here by Christmas (ordered December 11th). The day after I placed my order, I got an email saying my products were ready for shipping. Then I got another email saying my products would be shipped by a company from Germany. If canvasdiscount is a US company, why are my products coming from Germany? I've emailed the company twice, only to get no response. Here it is Christmas Eve and my gifts are sitting in NY, while I'm in SC having to go purchase extra gifts for my family until these arrive. I will never use this company again!

I would never order from this company again! EVER! They sent me my order in May and I sent them an email that the biggest picture didn't have the backing attached to it that I paid for. They had me take pictures and send them for proof and then I didn't hear from them. I emailed and called and of course every single tome I called I was on hold for over 10 minutes and it hung up. The email I finally got back said they would send what I ordered... THIS WAS 23 DAYS AGO! For backing. Now I get an email saying they can't give me a processing date... BECAUSE THEY ARE TAKING NEW ORDERS FOR FATHERS DAY AND PUSHING THEIR SCREW UP (mine) BEHIND THEM. Do not order from this company. Their service is absolutely horrible. I've noticed they don't message anyone on their Facebook that has complaints- only the people who are ordering new products. Their smile guarantee sucks... because I'm ticked. I may be writing to the Better Business Bureau. It's principle at this point. How can you not answer calls, messages and emails?!?! I spent $270+ dollars with them and this is how they dismiss you...!

Worst customer service and terrible product. Ordered on Halloween and took a month to get here. So much for shipping in 48 hrs. The blanket had heads of subject cut off and black ink smudge Mark's on back of blanket which is white background.
