I ordered a product a week ago. Paid for faster shipping. Kept being told it was "in production" and would ship in the next 24-48 hours. I said I wanted a full refund on my shipping cost, and instead was told to wait Another 24-48 hours. Not at all impressed. They only put good reviews on their site, not the bad ones so they look like a 5 star company when they are less than 1 star.
