Same experience as other reviews. The company's customer service is terrible. There is no reasonable way to return items that won't fit or you won't like. They will ask to ship your return to China which will cost more than the items you ordered. Please save your money and don't buy from them.

Poor quality and nothing is as advertised. Shipping is from china making returns almost impossible and extremely expensive. Customer service is a joke. Many customers are fighting for refunds as we speak. Buy local only beware of scammers such as candyshe.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a total scam. I ordered shoes from them and I received a damaged pair (looked like the bubble wrap they came in was burned into the toes of each shoe) and the shoe was nothing like what was shown on the website. Plus the shoes were cheap and flimsy. After I received them I wrote an email to them and they replied "We are so sorry about that. This is the first time we have this particular issue. Would you please wait for a short while? Thank you so much." I waited 25 days and tried again - heard nothing from company. I called their phone number and it wasn't in order. Please do not blow your money on this website.
Tip for consumers:
I received no Proof of Purchase from the company and they refused to send me one. Supposedly when you return the shoes you must have a Proof of Purchase.
