Terrible. Buy elsewhere

1st they have good prices but go elsewhere. They never answer their phones, they never respond to emails. Maybe a week or two later they respond its unbelievable. How do they conduct business.
I am still waiting for a credit on items i had returned almost 2 weeks ago. Their policy is 3 days after receipt they will credit you back. Well still isnt happening... and they dont answer their phones and if I leave a message they dont respond to that either... unbelievable. I wont buy anything from them again. BEWARE!
I sent a email just today and also called but went to voicemail. Buy elsewhere even if you save some money its not worth the problems and time with the lack of their responses. If you have an issue. Plus even though they have free shipping to you. When you return something you pay for the shipping. Thats understandable but they also take off your credit amount the cost of what the shipping of those items would have been. Are you kidding. How slimey is that. Such poor business practice. And the lady couldnt even give me what that figure would be. She guessed but had no idea. Stay away. Buy elsewhere... its so aggravating...
This is an actual review... of what happened to us.
5/29/20 AND STILL NO CREDIT. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SHIPPING BACK OF THE FED X PKG. THAT WAS ORIG. LOST BECAUSE CANARSEE SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. ITS ON THEIR OWN INVOICE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG BILLING ADDRESS. THATS NOT MY FAULT BUT THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PKG. GOING BACK TO THEM. ARE YOU KIDDING... PLUS ITS NOW 2 WKS. I AM AWAITING MY CREDIT FOR SOME ITEMS RETURNED. THEIR POLICY IS 3 DAYS I HAVE MY CREDIT BUT NOW ITS 2 WKS.AND THEY FINALLY RESPONDED TODAY THAT THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THEIR PKG. RETURN.
PLEASE BUY ELSEWHERE. IF THERE IS A MISTAKE OR A RETURN ITS A NIGHTMARE. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR RETURN EMAILS. ITS BEEN A WEEK SINCE I HEARD FROM THEM. AND NOW I AM STILL WAITING YET AGAIN FOR MY CREDIT... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RESPONSE TIME AND OVERALL BUSINESS PRACTICE..
