Ordered a microwave online, site said would be able to pick up in a couple of days. Get an email, says not in stock will take something like 3-4 weeks to come in. I cancel the order then they tell me the refund will take 5-7 business days ... wtf? They charged my card before the item was even ready for delivery AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT STOCK??? Charged my card for an item they didn't have and wouldn't have for weeks? You think that's an acceptable practice? Let me see how many review sites I can post this info to ... shame on CAS
