I was nervous about using an online service to unlock my phone, worried that it would be a scam, but I am super happy with the excellent service provided. The price was reasonable and my phone was unlocked quickly (just 2 days) with nothing I needed to do one my end. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in my position, with a locked phone and carrier who is unwilling to unlock it!
The staff (Steve) is very unprofessional, rude and honestly doesn't even know much out of their automated system. Rather throw out my device than deal with this site again. At least you won't have a non-working device with an annoying experience. You'll just have a non-working device.

If the code does not work and the phone does not ask for a code automatically then no refund will be issued in this case." Customer Service was responsive to all my questions which continued for 2 days, but no 'heads up'/proactive advice for dummies like me. Code was delivered as expected. Unfortunately, i paid $25 and 2 days of frustration and achieved nothing. ALSO, you should know that this company has a contest to win free service by providing your opinion/review, which is introduced as soon as you have paid, before the code is delivered and hopefully successfully installed. This means that many of the opinions provided in the numerous reviews may well be premature.
