Each five star review appears fake... " Canada pet care guards my dogs heart"? Only the negative reviews appear to be real people. I'm embarrassed to have been taken in by it... don't do the same.

I had made a mistake on my address and called them immediately to correct it. I was told that they did not have the capability to either correct my address or to cancel my order. Now I'm told that they shipped my order out the DAY AFTER IT WAS RECEIVED. Furthermore, they had no tracking number. How can an organization be on the web and not have the capability to correct such a common error.

I have learned my lesson. I thought I was saving a dollar or two. Now it seems I've lost the entire amount of my order.

I have an oversize mailbox so I can have small items delivery without having to go to post office for pick ups. Postmaster left messege for post office pick up which is impossible for me to get. It opens after I get to work and closes when I leave work. They would not deliver unless I signed for it. After asking why they stated it comes from Russia and requires signiture. Took extra time off from work to pick up meds. Other then that it was ok

Ordered Frontline and Heart Guard and it took over a month to get it. Their website states if the product is not delivered within 21 days you get a full refund (no fine print, no asterisks). So they refunded me at first, but then after I received the product well after the 21 days. I got a message from them saying I had to return the product or be charged in full for it. When I called them back and brought up the guarantee on the website they just wanted to argue and were saying that's not how it works and since I received the product I have to pay for it in full. They ended up charging me again for the products without my authorization. I filed a dispute with my credit card company which was resolved in my favor because Canada Pet Care never responded. But they keep calling me and harassing me about it with no end in sight. I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with them!
