They were good to deal with 5 years back, When i applied online to them, They let me no within a couple of hours that i was preaprube for a loan, But now they changed some of there policies, It shows they will let you no in 24 hours at the most, This is total BS, No one called me this time, Within over 2 days, To let me no what is going on with my application for a loan, So i called customer service, The girl that i was talking to, Was okay, She told me they don,t have to do with setting up loans, They never did that, She told me they use I Ride solutions for setting up financing for customers, When i delt with them 5 years ago, And that they still use them, They did not have a office in Regina,Sk. Back then, But now they do. She gave me the number for the Regina Office, And the name For the manager there, His name is Sarath,This is where the problem begins, I called there, The manager was acting like they didn,t get my loan application, Then after 5 minutes,He said he found it, But he kept on asking me the same questions over and over, That i already answered on the online loan application, He was talking to me for over 15 minutes, This guy doesn,t have a clue on what he is doing, Finely i ask him to arrange a appointment with him, It was set up for the next day, At 10:00 Am., But i had a problem with my vehicle, And could not make it that day, So i phone there to let them no, And set up a appointment the next day at the same time, When i went in there,For the appointment, The manager ask me to same dam questions again, He didn,t put my info into there so called system, So i in his office for over a half a hour, Talking to him, He tells me finely, He will be calling me or Dana will be calling that same day in a couple of hours, Or they will call me tommorow morning at the latest, They open at 9:00 Am. I waited till 11:00 Am. Called the office i ask to talk to Serath, Was told he not in, So i told the guy that i was talking to, What was going on, I finely ask him who i was Talking to, He said his name is Dana, This is the guy that has to do with trying to set up loans for the customers, Again he tells me he has not got my loan application, It was not turn over to him, What BS, So then he, Starts asking me the same questions, That the manager ask me, This went on for over 15 minutes, But then i am trying to talk to him, About some stuff that happen, At some of the banks where i applied for a loan, I also was asking him a couple of questions, And could not get a straight answer from him, So all at once i tried to tell him something, He tells me to quit being so rude, And quit cutting him off, I was not rude with him at all, I wanted to ask him some thing, He didn,t let me finish, And hung up on me, This guy is a total jerk, He should not have a job, Dealing with the public, He should be fired, Warning to every one, Stay clear, Of Canada Drive office, In Regina, Sk. Don,t waste your time, The manager plus Dana, Are total friggen asswipes,
