After more than a week of wating for them to ship out a stem that they had in stock i emailed them and asked what was up. Dominic gave me a vague answer something like: "We are processing your order and will contact you when it ships". My reply was to cancel my order and give me my money back. They are 2 hours away from my home and i was expecting to receive it quick fast. I needed the part yesterday so i was quite insulted. After a quick online search i saw that they also had the highest shipping/quote and had bad reviews. Never dealing with them again. There's no excuse to not ship an item you have in stock within a week.

Placed order. Charge approved by bank. Order refused and cancelled by Cda Bike Parts. Advised to contact bank. Bank said cancellation was vendor's doing. Reordered on different card. Charge approved by 2nd bank. Order again refused and cancelled by CBP. Supervisor wrote with accusations of card fraud. No options to reorder under different payment method. Called. CSR unable to help. Supervisor unavailable. Requested call back. Dead silence. Part ordered successfully elsewhere using same card.

Be prepared for frustration.

Never recover my order. Even though (they say) it was shipped. They don't reply to emails after you order something and phone support is non existent. This is why amazon keeps getting my business. Even if it costs more. AVOID.
Chainreaction cycle, Jensen or amazon. For all your cycling needs.

11 days from my order being taken, no shipment, no truthful explanation and to make matters worse, Flaky Dom faked not knowing who he was talking to, and a few moments later, he hung up on me, asking me call back when I was in a better mood. I called to cancel my order.

Tip for consumers:
Stock. If you can’t ship it because it’s not in your possession don’t sell it to someone that is depending on it. Truth would have gone a long way here.
Never again do I want to talk to Dominique.

I ordered bicycle rollers in December 2020. It was a pre-order said to arrive in May. I saw the money come out of my account. I'll admit that I don't watch my accounts that much, but I did see the money come out. I finally got the rollers in June. They then proceeded to tell me that my payment got declined. I had to go back to my transactions in December to see that the money went back into my account a week after it came out. I didn't have the money to pay for it when it arrived and they don't have any kind of payment plan. I now have to return my rollers that I have been anxiously waiting for. There was nothing in my emails or phone calls with them about not having paid, until I had already received it in the mail. They proceeded to tell me, after I had the item, that they return the money if they don't have the item in stock for a bit. I would have preferred if they had just put it as out of stock rather than pre-order.

Tip for consumers:
Do not get something pre-order. If you do, make sure to have money upon arrival as well as when you order.

THEY TOOK A PRE-ORDER, AND DELIVERED IT 6 MONTHS LATER AND CHARGED ME FOR IT.

WORST PART IS, WHEN I ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL THEY TOLD ME TO JUST GO TO POST OFFICE AND SHIP IT BACK TO THEM.

WHAT A JOKE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

I needed a good handle bar bag for my bike excerions and found exactly what I needed from Canada Bicylce parts. They carry select merch and the best so i don't have to search the site for hours wondering which one I should get.

Ordered a bicycle stand and a set of pry-bars from these guys, they then sent me an email stating they didnt have the pry-bars and that my invoice would be adjusted(which it never was). Then after i contacted them to ask where my confirmation and tracking info was, weeks later, they sent me tracking info, but still no invoice or adjustment on my order. Now its been over a month and my stand has been "returned to sender because of an error in the address". Ive sent them multiple emails asking for a refund and still no reply. So i guess im going to have to contact VISA to get my 300$ back. These guys are incompetent and what they are doing is criminal. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
PS. They like to write their own reviews, you can tell because all their positive reviews were uploaded the same day at aprox the same time.

Placed an order, a few days later i get a nice email, stating they didn; t have it in stock, so i asked for a refund, Dom responded by asking if there was anything similar they could give me instead, i again said no and asked for a refund, 2 days later, no response, nothing, i look at my account and see they had now placed my order as a back order, so i write again asking them to cancel the order and again asked for a refund. Again no response... two days later, the order is finally cancelled but no refund... again no response, so i email again to ask for a refund. And it; s been 4 days and still no response. Although i finally got my refund. Ultimately a very moody and very childish customer service department. I was very polite and respectful, but they completely lost interest in serving me as soon as i asked for a refund. Ultimately along with their terrible customer service, they are over priced and their shipping is way too expensive, i actually found what i needed from a online shop in england, which was $15 cheaper, and the shipping was under $10 CAD, where as this shops price was about $15, i see no advantage buying from these guys unless you want to gamble and like being treated like crap... in these days and times. Customer service and prices are what separate you from the pack, sadly this place offer none of those things... stay far, far away...
