Ordered a fridge on Dec 13 (friday). Credit card was charged the same day ($1550), and got an email saying they would update me on shipping times. Tuesday, no email. I phoned. Because the shipping address and the billing address are different, a hold was placed on shipping. No notice to me, just no shipping. If i hadn't phoned, how long would i wait? Now i'm stuck waiting until next week (and paying overnight $$$ for the park for the extended stay) for my fridge. I told them i would drive into San Bernardino and pick one up (they had stock there), was told that i would not get the online price if i did that. Well, i might as well, as the online saving is not as much as the extra costs for staying in the park. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CAMPING WORLD ONLINE AND WILL NEVER EVER BUY THERE AGAIN! As a matter of fact, i will not buy at their stores either, if i can get it ANYWHERE else.
You would think that after spending the kind of money it takes to buy an RV that you would be happy with your purchase. NOT EVEN CLOSE! The sales guy was great but they usually are, the rest of the 3 month experience to get what I paid for was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! There is too much to cover in a review, so I'm gonna save you the replay. Its simple... if you value your money, your time and your sanity NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE EVER! I cant speak for all of them but this one gets your money and then doesnt give a $#*! what happens next. Not only did I not get what I wanted but I have spent thousands to fix what they messed up. Dont say I didnt warn you.
