I ordered a couch with them based on the reviews on their site which claimed excellent customer service and a super fast delivery. After i placed my ordered i got an email confirmation that the couch will be delivered in 7 business days. I didn't receive any emails during this time and after 7 business days, when I inquired, i got 0 responses. Finally i asked them to cancel my order to which I got an automated response of the order cancellation but no other information. I understand that delays happen especially now, but all other companies are keeping their customers informed of it. Also their 24 hours email response claim is bogus. They have no social presence, no phone number or any other way of reaching out, so you are basically left to wonder what's happening with your order.
