I'm trying to make a review on-line but wanted to contact you directly to express how pleased and overjoyed we all were at your store. My niece was looking for a prom dress. From the moment we saw the store windows, we knew your establishment was the place we wanted to be. The store is bright and welcoming. The first thing we loved was how the dresses were all in groups of colors. We were like kids in a candy store. 5 dress limit-NO PROBLEM. We get it and understand it. That is a very smart company policy so that all guests have a great experience. Your staff was wonderful. These ladies know what they are doing and have smiles on while doing it. Maud and Priscilla in the dressing room, let me tell you what fun and what an exhausting time we had with them. Dress after dress, trip to the floor and back, those 2 ladies were the best! They helped us with zippers, straps, hangers, and gave true honest opinions when asked. They really weren't about "selling ANY dress", they were helping women get the perfect dress for their occasion. I never saw so many happy women walk out with a dress in hand and a smile on their face! All the floor girls, Erika (she was a peach), Rosa, Imani, Celcilia, and Yessenia, they all were so quick to assist us with any questions or concerns. Never once did they seem bothered in fact, they were so fast to get us in the right spot, I was in shock! Associates that want to help and love helping! Now, 1 more person, that I cannot leave out, the manager, LaWanda. When I tell you she was fantastic, I mean it. She helped us with checking out, explained the receipt, the extra strap, and bagged up our purchase for us. Even after a long day for her, she was smiling and laughing. She was as happy as we were to be getting the perfect dress. I told her how wonderful the store was and how everyone was amazing. LaWanda thanked us and wished my niece a fabulous time at her prom. I don't know who reads these contacts, but I ask you to please send this to a manager in customer service or to even someone higher up. Your company needs to know what wonderful woman you have in your Mills at Jersey Gardens' store. I already have a dress in mind for another engagement and will be returning there. I will also tell you---your company and that store are FIRST on our list for any special dress we need. Love the fact that you offer plus size. Thank you so much for everything!
