“I sent my camera which was a canon in for repair and...”

I sent my camera which was a canon in for repair and he was very nice and prompt about fixing it and returned it in a speedy manner. I don't know why you had trouble with him for he seemed to be above board and all. Did you not ship your camera UPS so that you would have a tracking number? If you did you can track it from that number, also did you not get insurance when you shipped it? You should always purchase the insurance when you are shipping an item whether it is very expensive or not. I would have made sure I had insurance on my camera. If you didn't then I would not complain for it sounds like it was your mistake and not the shop owners. No tracking number, no insurance is not any way for the consumer to handle the transaction. You have no proof of anything.

“Don't send any cameras to this guy”

Amir M.

Don't send any cameras to this guy. We send him our Nikon Slr because my brother trusted him. He got our camera two weeks ago and he won't admit he got it. His emails do not work or he isn't replying to us now and his address is mailbox. Nikon said he isnt authorized and to be careful. We lost $1000 Nikon camera. When we called him he didn't care and just says to calm down and not be mad at him. Don't send any camera to www.camerarenew.com he said to my brother that camerarenew.com is in business for more than 5yrs and we found out that was a lie also. It is a new domain. Nice try guy, you told us so many lies and we trusted you. Send our camera back now.

SCAM. I want my camera back. Addresses changing and whatever else he is up to. He says his name is Martin and he's been online for five year on his site. We don't know if that's his real name but we know our camera is lost and did not cone back and we know the five tear thing is a lie. Plus his address is different again now. It was on S Roberts a couple weeks ago. Dns verified the site is new and not five years either like he claimed. Cut the scam and give us back my camera that you keep saying you don't have. CAMERARENEW.COM is a scam repair service. Don't be foolish and send your camera to this guy. He sounds convincing on tge phone but we lost our camera to him. THIS IS A RIPOFF REPAIR PLACE.
