Don't buy anything from them they'll send an order number and look legit but when you call the person that picks up sounds like a 17 old in their parents living room that just woke up from their sleep, and when I asked what happened he directs me to their website to put out a claim I did just that waited a few days and to my surprise guess what NOTHING! If you've already purchased something with them go to your bank and dispute the transaction

I purchased batteries for our camera from them. One of the batteries was defective. I was given a USPS call tag and I know they received it. They were supposed to either replace this expensive battery or credit me. I tried numerous times by email and phone to follow up - they have never returned a call or email since. I would not purchase from them again. They do not honor their guarantee or service promises. They owe me money or a battery which I doubt I will ever see.

I ordered 2 batteries for my Canon DSLR. They were advertised as Japanese cells rated 1850 mA and had the correct part number.

What I received was 2 Chinese cells rated 1600 mA with a different part number although they did fit the camera.

When I called I was told I could not be helped by phone I needed to contact customer support on the website. So far I've written customer support three emails and Have not had a single reply. I will never buy from this company again. Be warned.

Ordered 1 battery on March 1 and received email stating they would notify me when shipped. Almost 2 weeks later and no notification. I could have walked to California from Indiana and filled order myself by now. They don't respond to emails and there's no way to contact by phone. You can only leave a message and the mailbox is full. This is a scam or the worst run business I've run across in years.

I ordered some Japanese cells for my Canon DSLR that were rated 1850 mA. When they arrived they had a different part number, were Chinese cells and rated 1600 mA. I called them and they said they could not help me over the phone that I had to use the web. Using the website I have written them three times asking for help and I've received no reply. So what they advertised on the website and what they send you a different and they have absolutely no interest in fixing it. Be warned. Never again will I do with this company.

My battery has not shipped eight days after my ordering it, obviously shipping from China. No reply from this company via email or website contact. 4.8 out of 5 what a joke, computer generated positive reviews, so easy to upload. I suggest not to touch this company at all.

I am very frustrated with this company, have sent multiple emails and I have gotten no responses. I ordered a battery two weeks ago and the tracker still says my order didn't ship. Disappointed in customer service.

THIS SITE IS FOR SURE A SCAM. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND BUY ELSEWHERE. The website looks professional and the prices are good, but you will not receive your product. I ordered a battery over two weeks ago with expedited shipping. It still states the product has not shipped. I have emailed support multiple times with zero returned messages. If you try to call the phone number and ask for support it says INVALID FUNCTION. Complete scam company and i'm sure they are falsely creating all these 5 star reviews which is pretty nasty.

I ordered a battery for my camera, received the product but found out it wasn't the battery but a new charger I needed. I have sent them a chat, emailed them several times, called their company and no one answers. I have now filed a complaint with BBB and my bank about the company.

Order Order CP-*******RQ was incorrect, and this was what should have been ordered. I called five times today, left a voicemail message, put a message in the Chat box, and e-mailed WITH NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF THESE.

As far as I am concerned, you should refund my money for BOTH orders due to the poor customer services (regardless of the pandemic situation). If you have people working in the warehouse (which obviously you do), you should have the Customer Service to back it up !!!!!!!

I placed a order with this company and thought it was a great deal, also gave a 5 star rating. Received a fraud alert in the confirmation e-mail receipt. I e-mailed the company at *******@camerapowerpro.com and they said they received the order. I e-mailed back to see when the order would go out and no response back! I think this is a fraudulent site and will have to report it to my bank and report the website.Still waiting to hear back! Money out of my account.

I have written to this firm 35+ times without a response. I submitted a complaint with Paypal. They keep referring me to their new delivery tracking system which does not work. They never answer phone calls and their on line point of contact(chat) is never there. By all means find another source. Major USAF.

I contacted you several times about my order and had no luck getting the current status, when it was going to ship, no tracking number, no information when i would receive this package.

I ordered what I thought was an original Sony battery but received a knock-off Kaster brand instead. I then tried to contact them by email, phone and website for a return and nothing. They should be banned from selling in the US.

Only received 1 charger when I ordered two. No direct way to contact customer service and chat is not being answered or responded to and email also not being responded to. Also, the fact you have a Yes or No followup request is indicative of your lack of customer service. One would expect a followup regardless.

I bought a battery for my vhsc it doesn't charge so if this doesn't work I expect a refund

I ordered this battery believing from your website description that it was a genuine nikon en el15 battery. Also was told it would be delivered in 3-5 business days. Well what I received was a Third Party Kastar battery and it arrived on day 10. I actually needed it three days earlier than received. I am requesting a return authorization as I am not interested in putting a third party battery into my $1200 Nikon camera. I read many reviews about third party battery malfunctions. Please process a return authorization. Thank you

You are guilty of false advertising. I bought a "Canon" battery and that is not what I received. Also, I ordered a charger and that was not in the package or any note of a back order. You charged me for it.

Not sure they actually exist. No response after order from website, email or phone. Very cheap batteries no chance to return... don't respond to email, website support or phone. Crickets.

I ordered from Camera Power Pro 6 days ago, with expedited 2-3 day shipping that I paid extra for. I have reached out to them in every way they allow, email and by phone, regarding the status of my order. The person on the phone is sales, this is the only working option to select when you call, is completely useless. He claims that he is the absolute only person there and can not access my order, cancel it or refund my expedited shipping fee. He also cannot transfer you to anyone else because again he claims he is the only person there. I have also tried emailing the appropriate email for help and have yet to hear back, keep in mind that when you email them they state that it could take up to two days to get a response... well, it is 5 days since my first email and I have no response, tracking number or the product I ordered. Avoid this business at all cost!
