My wife and I have been using CallingMart for our T-Mobile prepaid service for over 3 years now. We never experienced any issues with their service. I had to call customer service once, it was my fault (user error), the service agent on the other end was patient and extremely helpful in resolving my error. Overall, we're extremely happy with the service. I recommended CallingMart to our friends as well.
I had an auto load set up with callingmart for my Pageplus plan. They missed the recent autoload date and I called to find out why. I couldn't get through after many attempts. So I wrote an email and they responded "All automatic payments from the old management have been cancelled. To subscribe the phone number again to the automatic payment, you may need to create an account first and do a manual payment". So they cancelled my auto load WITHOUT warning and I lost $200 in credit with my expired PP account. Callingmart said they can/will do nothing about it. I will NEVER do business with them again.
Site could be more user friendly and the discounts on purchases seems to have dropped to just the. 20 cents which puts it not too far from what stores are selling.
I was able to save very little money. However, I later found out and got a better deal with shopcellsdeal with a far better discount that CallingMart cannot match. The promocode code is available when you visit the Facebook page of shopcellsdeal and you can save 10% on each Tracfone refill/ phone card. Can CallingMart offer a similar deal? No promocode was offered by CallingMart in my case.
I used your site ONCE to put $10 on my phone. You have sent me 4-5 emails now asking me to rate your service. It was fine and I gave it a 5 Star rating. I'm now taking away a star each time you send me another email bugging me to rate you again... and again... and again.
Tried to buy a couple Tmobile cards which I have done numerous times in the past. Website is changed. Didn't see where I could buy a quantity of 2 as I usually get 2 pins for two different phones.
My payment dosen't kick in as at when due despite my schedule of payment
The promotions I received from calling mart had expired even after the correction was sent out. The Thanksgiving promotion was late and could not be used at all!

You can modify the quantity in the shopping cart as usual, just make sure you are buying the T-Mobile PIN, not the T-Mobile RTR (Real Time Refill), as the former will provide you with the PIN, and so you can buy any quantity you want, while the later, loads the refill directly to your phone and so allows only one refill at a time and will require you to enter the phone number that you want to send the refill to.
