Great, easy to navigate web site, excellent selection, reasonable prices and quick delivery. Products i could not find elsewhere.
Now I am being threatened to withdraw my review or they will withhold customer service from me. Nowhere in my review did I say I was charged $50 for shipping, not they made the ridiculous remark that if I wanted the discount (that I missed on my first order) added, they would then combine my orders and charge me $50. Which makes ZERO sense. I have included the email they send me, yes it is real, though even I personally find it hard to believe.
I really liked this company and would have used them forever. However, there wasn't an account setting. Each and every time I would have to look up my vets info and copy and paste the street address, the city, the state, zip code, phone number, fax number, vets name... The account page has said "coming soon" for months. If they ever got that page up and running I would come back if I was looking for a new pharmacy.
The first time I ordered I received the order in a timely manner and was happy with everything... I thought the price was great for the prescription I was ordering. When I needed to reorder the prescription they took 10 days just to process the order before finally shipping it out. And that was with me calling 2 times checking on it. My dog has ran out of her medicine and I still have not received the order.
