“I ordered two items from this website”

I ordered two items from this website. My card was charged. I received an email saying my order had been processed. Two days after I placed the order, I sent an email asking whether they would also send a shipping notification email so I could make sure somebody was home when the items were delivered. [Whether they would send any kind of notification is not indicated on their website.] I received no response. Three days after that I followed up with another email asking them to please respond to the first one. Again, no response. I called the number on my invoice twice - which by the way is directed to their 'sister' store, coffee-authority.com. Each time I reached their voicemail - during business hours. I placed a third call and this time left my name and number. No response. I have since placed a fourth call and am not holding my breath for a response. I thought it was a simple request, let me know when it ships. Online sites usually do this anyway but there wasn't any indication of this on their website, hence the request in the first place. I am now at the point where I am going to attempt to reverse the charge on my card and then I will file a report with the appropriate police dept.
