I can say they did give me a partial refund and were very polite and helpful. Absolutely no results and I went strictly by the directions. Does not help anything.

I was taking this by mouth for chronic pain, especially in my back. Well I had some severe acute pain in the side of my knee, and decided to rub it on it. The pain was gone before I quit rubbing it in. Amazing. I have given out bottles and told people to use it topically and have received high reviews. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE.

I bought the oil and some cream and have been using them for a couple months. When i first got it it didn't seem to do much so i called them and they were very friendly, spoke to a woman named erin on the phone and she told me to try taking more so i did and now the joint pain i was feeling in my knees is much better. Ill be their customer for life thank you

Joint pain had been destroying my body with the cold weather. I've been using cbd cream during my shift breaks at work, and at home daily. The pain is essentially gone and the cbd cream has literally eliminated all of my joint pains. I feel like I'm 16 again, and I'm not joking!

I have a number of ailments, including Crohn's disease, fibromyalgia, and arthritis. I was so tired of these hardcore pharmaceutical medications, that didnt work and had horrible side effects. When I decided to stop, I had heard so much about CBD products. I came upon Cachetcbd and never looked back! The topical is amazing for my arthritis on my hands and knees, also if my back is hurting. The tinctures and gummy bears work to fight the inflammation inside my body, and truly have been a godsend for me! I won't buy any other brand, but Cachet!

Didn't open pkg until after my walk. Big mistake.
Once rubbed cream on ankles surprisingly pain was gone.
Next time I'm rubbing it on b4 my walk.

They offer incredible prices, but after you order, your credit card is charged more than 4 times the advertised price. They refuse to refund, Also the MD that is listed in their literature - Dr Ashok Tholpady - is a pathologist from Houston, Tx. Avoid at all costs. Deal with a reputable source for your medication

Advertised as sale of 5 bottles of CBD oil for $199.00 Instead or amt. Advertised. Did Not "subscribe" as suggested on web site. Was charged twice the amount charged and the second charge was for 5 more bottles as "subscribed" Immediately called to cancel and have never been treated by a sales person as I was. Refused to cancel or pay back my credit card purchase. RUDE and obnoxious the entire time.

After viewing this products endorsement on SharkTankI purchased 5 bottles@ 199. In March of 2019 and started using product a few months later and within a couple of days noticed considerable improvement with very uncomfortable leg pain from previous hip replacement surgery. Upon finishing 1st bottle and starting 2nd bottle my leg pain reappeared and I was very disappointed. Then I realized that the contents in the 2nd bottle were a light green color in the eyedropper instead of the much darker color in the 1st bottle and so I opened a 3rd bottle and after shaking as directed noticed that the contents were a darker color and after using noticed lessen'd leg pain again.
I tried contacting Cachet on their 800 number for a couple of days with no luck but was able to finally connect with a third party that was not able to help and was not really interested with my comments.
In short I would not recommend this product.

Buyer beware of special promotions! Make sure to read all of the Terms and Conditions! Read the BBB reviews on this company! I tried this CBD oil for three months, and it did nothing for my anxiety or arthritis. Then, I received an invoice for my "next bottle"I had forgotten to cancel "membership!" The company is not transparent about their "subscription service" in other than their Terms and Conditions, AND they make it virtually impossible to return a product for anywhere near full refund of the price charged. Lastly, the only customer service number I found that works was on my follow-up "member" invoice. The main number on their website and elsewhere is bogus!

I ordered i1 Bottle for $49. For my wifes arthritis pain, they billed credit card $199. And would not reduce it or change the order even though I called them within 2 minutes of placing the order. So I cancelled the order. Its a shame as this looked like a great product. This company to get a new order processing company.

I had the same experience as others. The prices online are great, but when they charged my card it was 4 times higher ($199). I called to cancel and they kept offering me a better and better deal. The same number of bottles for $99. I just had them cancel the order. Do not do business with these people.

Of $39.00 for 2 bottles of CBD oil & when I clicked on "place order", the charge showed $199.00 instead. This truly is a scam! I called my credit card company and we did a 3 way call with Cachet and they agreed to refund my money as soon as I ship the product back to Florida. I went to the post office as soon as I received the oil, and was told by the post office that you cannot ship CBD oil through the mail in Oklahoma. Amazing!
I called credit card company back & they are doing a Dispute on this transaction, so I feel that the charge will be removed. What a mess to deal with all because I was so trusting. Hope that this saves others from making the same mistake.!

Everything they advertise is misleading. I ordered 1 bottle. It did not work. I get charged for another bottle the following month. I called and they said I signed up for automatic shipments which I know I did not.
They said the bottle had already been shipped. The postmark was 3 days after my call. I tried to return the bottle and even though they say they have a 30 day guarantee to be able to return... it is false. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!

This product did less than nothing to alleviate arthritic pain in my knees. In addition to which, this pack of thrives attempted to bill my credit card on file for more than $55 for product I did not order, want, or receive. Do NOT do business with them.
