Can't fault them. Turned up on time, reasonably priced and love that you can track the driver online so you know when they are coming.
They were very efficient at the outset with quotes and as soon as I paid the deposit were utterly useless and non communicative. By sheer luck we got a text directly from the eventual cab company asking for clarification on an address. I only realised then that they were a booking agent. I have subsequently received confirmation from the company that is actually driving us, but nothing from Cab Transfers. Real cowboys. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a wheelchair cab yesterday for a visiting family member and we needed transport. Received outstanding service from both the call handler and cab driver (lovely chap who was very efficient and friendly). I have used this company for several years now and have never been disappointed. Luv em!
Booked a cab for New Year's Eve and our driver, Iqbal, was fantastic. He provided a great service and tended to our needs perfectly. He was very friendly and got us to our destination safely and on time and also returned us home safely. We could not have asked for anything more and will definitely look to use his services and those of Minibus Taxi Transfers again.
"i left my phone in a cab (oops) but they were so helpful in me getting it back. They gave me a time to come to their office to collect and while i waited, made me a drink and made me feel right at home.
Phone was returned with no issues and quickly.

We had a service for all day hire in London our driver Was fantastic from start to finish took us to every location and even finished half hour Later than confirmed. I seen all the reviews before booking and I was assured by my booking agent the driver confirmed will fulfil the journey requirements. Once booking you recieve your driver details which you can call and confirm the booking which I did.
Very friendly taxi firm and quick as well. I really enjoyed my ride and fair is also good. I would go again and again

We have not had an issue with the service from Cab Transfers so would like to show my support as I think they give a very good service.
I used Cab Transfers over the weekend to take 9 of us from Heathrow to Milton Keynes return, we got a very good rate and everything went as arranged.Our driver was punctual and very helpful also received a call from Lucie at the time of collection to ensure we had met the driver. I would definitely use this service again.

Dean, our driver, was fantastic. He dealt with a large group of us with loads of luggage at LHR and got us swiftly all the way up to Shropshire without hassle, even making multiple drop offs. It was a great experience.
Needed a minibus cab from Heathrow for family visiting from USA at short notice, no local firm prepared to take on the job. Booked via website which looked as if it was local but turned out to be cabtransfers. Was worried as the reviews were poor but Lucie let me know the name and number of the cab driver in advance and I was able to confirm with him directly. Family were delighted with the service, he was there to meet them at the gate, was very courteous and gave a good drive right to my door. It may not have been the cheapest but after a 13 hour flight it was wonderful!.
