Cabela's

We are a relatively small dragon boat club in the PNW (Seattle Flying Dragon Boat Club) and recently reached out to Cabela's to help replenish and increase our PFD's (life jackets). This would enable more paddlers to experience a unique on-the-water sport. I can't say enough about working with the General Manager of their Tulalip store. Cabela's has gone above and beyond to make paddling more accessible to anyone wanting to try dragon boat paddling.
I look forward to a continued partnership with a company willing to share with their community.

Stopped at the service desk to return a item. SUE waited on me in a professional manner. Store was out of stock so SUE said she could order it (pair of pants) and send it to my home. She was very nice and explained all that would happen. That is way I shop BPS/Cabelas for ALL my sporting needs. Keep up the good work —I'll be back.

Made an online purchase of the Cabela's waterproof boa system boots and used my CouponCabin app for cashback and my purchase couldn't have gone smoother. Great product fast shipping and my cashback app worked great. What a wonderful company to do business with not to mention the product is stellar. They fit perfect, look awesome and the price was right.

This place is great both in store and online... I have no idea why there are bad reviews. I have not had a SINGLE issue here.

What happened to Cabelas? I grew up with them. Started buying from them in 1973. Always great service and excellent products. Now? I placed an order and days later it finally ships. Not the whole order... just part of it. No explanation. Nothing. Cabelas needs to get it together. They're not the only game in town anymore, and amidst businesses going out of business, they need to be going above and beyond to earn our business. There are too many retailers out there offering the same products, cheaper and with much better service. We don't need them, but they do need us. Get it together Cabelas.

I like going on long adventure, but the fact that my car is only so big slows me down sometimes. I found this roof top carrier by cabela and decided to try it out. I have to say, it is probablt the best thing I've ever gotten! Everything is secure and even if it rains, it's all dry.

A big 10 in all categories! From customer service to having everything you need for the great outdoors.

After reading a few of these reviews I started to wonder if I had been shopping on the same site. In my case, the products were great, the sales constant and the customer service irrelevant since my purchases arrived in great shape and as promised with good shipping options. What am I missing here? I don't think they missed anything!

I have ordered from Cabela's for over 10 years. Great selection of items and they have super inventor. Spent thousands on guns, ammo and camping gear. 50% online, & 50% in store. Sometimes they have things you can't find anywhere else, and always good quality.

I recently wrote a note about the customer service that I experienced from this company. After expressing my experience on several review sites, I got a call from a manager asking if he could rectify the situation. I explained that all I wanted was to buy a few replacement parts for my camping kitchen and he maintained the comment that they could not provide those parts. He then offered to replace the entire kitchen. I explained that it was not my intent to get a free kitchen; he explained that this was the only way he could get me parts. I finally accepted his offer and received my new kitchen the other day. I do appreciate the fact that they wanted to make it right and that they went above and beyond to change my opinion of the brand. I love my camping kitchen and I wanted to update my review to reflect my appreciation of their followup. This was far more than what I wanted/expected and it makes me believe that they actually care about their customers. Thank you.

I needed some new floor liners for my truck and searched around. I was able to find a good set of liners that had traction and would hold up against the dirst and mud that my passengers and I would track in. I absolutely love them, and they are so easy to clean.

I wanted to get some car seat covers that I liked and since I liked nature and hunting I began looking at Cabela's site. There, I was able to find a couple of really nice covers as well as some that had camo on them. Once I recieved them, I put them on and everyone wants ones like mine.

I got a new fishing boat and realized that the cover it came with was torn a little. I looked around on my favorite hobby sites and found this one. Once I chose my cover, and recieved it, I was able to fit it nicely over the boat and it is quite durable!

Ordered from Cabelas for years. Really love the selection of items they have. Its a little pricey but the quality is never disappointing. Sometimes they have things you can't find anywhere else. If I was a big money maker I would order from Cabelas exclusively.

There are a handful of sites I find myself checking often. Cabelas.com is one of them. The selection of hunting related items is always sure to please and from time to time I run across must haves. The site itself is easy to navigate and online ordering hassle-free. Order delivery timely and accurate. Customer Service - quick and knowledgeable. All and all, near top of the list when it comes to quality gear and a reputation of service surpassed by none. Some of the high end items to be found on Cabelas.com would be difficult to procure elsewhere, but they make it easy. Excellent range of items for sale for the black powder enthusiast as well.

Very professional, prices are comparable to most web stores and ships fast. Cancellation is hassle-free. It was a mistake buying from MidwestHuntersOutlet to save $20 but now will end up losing $30 on 15% restocking fee for canceling an item that haven't even shipped yet and not having the item I expected for this July 4th weekend.
