My mother bought one of the airplane pillows for me but accidentally purchased the wrong color. We reached out to the company to do an exchange. Which you think would be simple, we ship it back and they send the new one. Their response was baffling. The following is what they told us to do:

To save you the cost of shipping a return, we ask that you cut your pillow in half and send us a photo of its destruction. We will then go into your order and issue the refund for the product back onto the original form of payment so that you can another purchase. I strongly suggest not purchasing from this company if that is how they handle their business

I fly pretty frequently and have lost 2 neck pillows in the process of security checks and connecting flights. So I bought my Cabeau at an airport store a couple of months ago not realizing it was $40. I was baffled at the price but my plane was boarding so whatever… I used it on the plane and wow! No neck stiffness nor pain like I've had with other cheaper neck pillows. I love that it rolls up into the carry case and can easily clip on to your carry on, so I won't lose it. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. At first I was discouraged after reading some reviews online that the customer service is nonexistent but I recently lost my cabeau and they are sending me out a brand new one. Absolutely amazing, very satisfied.

Do NOT buy cabeau products. They say they offer lifetime warranty. You just have to register your product online. They ask you for a serial number that does not exist on your product... I have this problem. I have tried to call, I have opened tickets, I have tried to chat online. They never respond to help, obviously because they don't offer what they claim they do. This is a very bad start and the business can't be trusted. AVOID!
