I'm so surprised to see all of the negative reviews for this company. I signed up a few months ago and have been averaging about 2 free products a month. They send you an email if you may qualify for a product. You need to fill out the survey and if selected, you will hear from them usually about 2 weeks later. The review component is very easy and not too demanding. In my opinion, it's worth the time for the free product received. They are always quality products.
Years ago I used to get nice samples from here, I also use several other places that have better full sized products but it was nice to use bzzagent until they changed things up. Suddenly they wanted Facebook and now it's like pulling teeth to get any invitations for anything. You're only allowed to select 4 categories and good luck getting chosen. Save yourself the trouble and sign up for better reviewer/influencer services, this one has gone downhill.
I've been using this platform all year, and I have been fortunate enough to get 3 items so far to review. They are a legit company, and they never promise anyone anything, but they do deliver on some really awesome campaigns. I am really hoping to work my way up to a higher dollar item bracket because their product tests are the best!
The only bad for me is that they don't post their campaigns on their site, and the site itself is really plain and some pages are outright blank. Im sure now that they're back in action they will work on the bugs, but we are in the middle of a pandemic so I don't have a high expectation. I find campaigns on my own and apply and keep my fingers crossed.
Overall I give bzzagent a 4 star rating. Reading other people's reviews its astounding to me that people are giving such low ratings because they don't qualify for something. Not one campaign has ever been promised, so having that level of expectation only brings disappointment IMHO. I hope to move up and im excited to see what the future holds for this company.
Tip for consumers:
High expectations breed disappointment. These items are free, and theres tons of people doing what your doing. Invest your time and effort and it'll work out.

I signed up for this website about six months ago, and in the first month I received my first product. I was invited to the L'oreal Lip Palette campaign where I got to pick the color family I wanted to try and was sent the product for free to review and keep. The campaign activities were easy enough- taking a photo of the product and writing a review. I like that each review is read by a staff member and given a rating. I believe that if you write "excellent" reviews you get selected for more campaigns than someone who writes mediocre reviews. Writing an excellent review was easy and took me no more than ten minutes. All was quiet on the site for about four months after that, and I didn't receive any invitations to campaigns. Then, earlier this month I received an invitation to a new campaign from L'oreal to try their micellar water, and a few days later I qualified for a campaign from Warheads to try out a new candy. Overall I think this is a great website with no scams and a good amount of opportunities to review products for free. The campaign activities are easy to complete with a small amount of time and effort. If I had not waited four months between campaigns, I would have given them five stars. I do believe that the only reason I had to wait is because there were no campaigns that I would be interested in or that matched my profile though, so I'm not super upset.
*Note: I live in the Chicago area, so there were no problems with shipping for me, but this might not be the case elsewhere. I know that some Canadian members have been upset about shipping issues before.

I am a bzzagent, and i love the site, and the fact that its free, aha. I havent recieved any invites to do a campaign yet, but hopefully ill be able to get one, its only been like maybe a month since i joined? So im not expecting to do any campaigns, but i completed all the surveys and its already been a few days, since then, i only had one new survey to do, so im kinda bored going on it... they shoulkd at least be able to supply me with surveys to get points in the meantime since its too soon to do reviews.
Free Samples for Creating Media "Buzz" - I heard about BzzAgent from a person I met at a party. He said he got a free SonicCare toothbrush from this site, simply by agreeing to tell people about it. I was interested. The point of the site is to create marketing "buzz" through word of mouth. Companies that want marketing buzz can provide samples to BzzAgent.com, which then gives its members free samples. The members then test and talk about the samples with their friends, and thus create the "buzz." It's actually a lot of work, if you follow their directions -- because you have to report back everything you say to people. But it is an interesting concept; and I recently got a lot of allergy medication samples that I've been using and telling people about. So I believe the site works. Another site, www.startsampling.com, has a similar concept, but on a different scale.

All invites are based on demographics :) As far as our site - you should not be seeing any blank pages. Our site is fully operational and has been since 2001. We have been very active with campaigns for the past 20 years - we only took a break from posting to our social accounts this past years so we could focus on getting our members more campaigns!
