I'm so surprised to see all of the negative reviews for this company. I signed up a few months ago and have been averaging about 2 free products a month. They send you an email if you may qualify for a product. You need to fill out the survey and if selected, you will hear from them usually about 2 weeks later. The review component is very easy and not too demanding. In my opinion, it's worth the time for the free product received. They are always quality products.

I signed up over a year ago, and was asked to fill out questionnaires for testing products around 10 times, and not once did I hear back from them, except to inform me about another product opportunity, and again nothing! So next time, I'm going to unsubscribe. And that's another thing: you can't go to their webpage to, do that, as they give you the runaround, by gelling you to get an email code, then when you use it, all they say is to wait until you hear from them about another exciting (COUGH! COUGH!) opportunity! (a variation of the old "don't call us, we'll call you"!) What a joke! And from what I've heard, their customer reps have attitude problems. Don't waste your time!
