I'm so surprised to see all of the negative reviews for this company. I signed up a few months ago and have been averaging about 2 free products a month. They send you an email if you may qualify for a product. You need to fill out the survey and if selected, you will hear from them usually about 2 weeks later. The review component is very easy and not too demanding. In my opinion, it's worth the time for the free product received. They are always quality products.

Years ago I used to get nice samples from here, I also use several other places that have better full sized products but it was nice to use bzzagent until they changed things up. Suddenly they wanted Facebook and now it's like pulling teeth to get any invitations for anything. You're only allowed to select 4 categories and good luck getting chosen. Save yourself the trouble and sign up for better reviewer/influencer services, this one has gone downhill.

I signed up over a year ago, and was asked to fill out questionnaires for testing products around 10 times, and not once did I hear back from them, except to inform me about another product opportunity, and again nothing! So next time, I'm going to unsubscribe. And that's another thing: you can't go to their webpage to, do that, as they give you the runaround, by gelling you to get an email code, then when you use it, all they say is to wait until you hear from them about another exciting (COUGH! COUGH!) opportunity! (a variation of the old "don't call us, we'll call you"!)

What a joke! And from what I've heard, their customer reps have attitude problems.

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually isn't, and I think that's the case here, since when I signed up to BzzAgent, they made it sound like there would be a lot of opportunities to try new products, give reviews. Etc., but that turned out NOT to be the case. I hardly ever hear from them (and they're one of those "don't call us, we'll call you" sites, so it'd one-sided) and whenever I did, I'd answer their questions, show an interest in whatever the campaign was about, but never heard back from them. EVERY SINGLE TIME I never heard back! So I'm unsubscribing, and if they want to know why, I'll gladly tell them.

I have applied to almost 75 of their freebies. Some all from different sites because on their page no invites. Some said I was invited. Bzzagent sent me emails saying no. I wasted so much time. If I can get one person not to waste their time on this site. Anywhere I can leave a review I am.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it unless you want to waste your time.

I didn't get any I did everything that was asked and got told I didn't qualify for their stuff.

This is ridiculous when u make one mistake that cut you off so fast. Sad this is ridiculous and childish. Not really explaining how things work and move. Influencer respects me as a person. Not a reviewers who just does reviews. Do better sad. I have been on Flag since November 21 smh

Poor website design, shady business. They do not accept returns or even exchanges, and refused to cancel orders. Searching their business, they already have earned a low trust rating on the scam detector website: https://www.scam-detector.com/validator/bzzclothing-com-review/
In addition, it appears they are changing bad reviews on their own website to read as 5-star reviews. See picture attached. I hope as many people as possible become aware of these scammers.

Don’t use this site. Avoid!

Ordered a shirt but size was not as expected, so none.

*** As you can see below, the company is denying my experience. My claims are factual, the way the emails are written is threatening and maybe instead of scanning review sites, they should improved their customer service.***

Terrible customer service. Ever since they switched to an email based program- its become a hot mess. They will send you an email saying you get to test a product, then email you threats to complete the survey a day later before you've even received the product. Then they never answer emails for assistance when this happens even though the threatening emails state they won't send you anymore campaigns if you don't complete the survey. Also very rude any time I've requested assistance. Don't waste your time- plenty of other programs out there.

We reply to all support emails and social media comments and DM's as they are received. We have never cancelled an account if an agent did not receive a product. I have been a member for a couple of years now and initially had good experiences. Now there are several cons to even reviewing products. While the products are free-and most people get starry-eyed with free products, the cons are as follows:
Little to no support
Products not always received and they will penalize reviewer for not reviewing even if product not received (so have to lie if you don't want your account to be cancelled)
No Transparency in shipping (such as tracking provided)
Random campaigns sent, but ones applied for rarely get to be a part of
The only positive is that free stuff OCCASIONALLY comes my way to review, and many times are not what I have clearly stated is what I use. I do not recommend being a part of Bzzagent-the thrill of reviewing free things has lost it's shine, and is dulled with frustration!

Tip for consumers:
Don't be starry-eyed by the"free" products-it is more frustrating than the amount of "free" products.

Products used:
I never received the products that were sent to me and notified them of this on 3 occasions with NO communication sent back to me.

HI ZN, We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. We reply to ALL support requests. Due to the high volume of support requests that we receive, this can take awhile to get a response. As for being penalized if you do not complete a review for a product not received, this is not true. We have tracking for these samples and can provide that upon request. If a sample is lost in transit, we remove the agent from the campaign with no penalty to the agents account. Completing reviews for products not received is fraud. All of this is outlined in our Code of Conduct, FAQ's and Terms and Conditions.

I was a member for over 8 years and it used to be fantastic. I received products to try and review fairly regularly. I passed out the coupons and not only told people about the products, but also about bzzagent and how much I enjoyed it. Now though, they changed things and I haven't received even 1 campaign invitation since. So disappointed. Apparently, loyalty doesn't count for much. That's my opinion. Sad.

Before the update of the site the company was amazing and I did so many honest reviews for them and then they decided to upgrade and since then I have emailed the support team 3 times and been told that something will come my way when my profile matches with a survey and that was 7 months ago. WASTE OF TIME. The bubble burst people... Such a shame as well...

I was complaining about that I never received any invitations lately and the lady told me to send a email to their customer service. Which I did and the result of all this was that I have been removed from the website. My account got deleted and my email was unsubscribed. Thank you BzzAgent! I don't even need you!

Viewpoint was my favorite. Every month at least once, sometimes twice I got a product to sample. Around new year the two sampling firms united and everything changed. For the bzz campaigns, they have to invite, email who's matches with the product. Looks like I'm a damn alien form the other universe, because there's no matching sample for me anymore. I have to hunt down on the freebies site their campaigns. Since they took over, had 2 L'Oréal samples, which I find and applied, was no invite email. THIS ISNT RIGHT!

Since they changed everything. Just like other users said, there used to be a ton of stuff to answer or apply for samples and since this new change. The website is crap now. Even normal login has NOTHING. They totally ruined this company. Used to love it. Unless something changes soon, theyre gonna loose out on customers big time.

Bzzagent use to be awesome. I dont know what happened, but all of a sudden, they made a change and since that change their business has went to $#*!. They use to send me all kinds of free products to try, and I use to be one of their top reviewers. One year, they even sent me a whole entire play kit of my littlest pet shop that included a house with a beauty salon and 6 pets. They use to not require you to have every single social media platform for you to have an account and receive products. Now, they want you to have all the social media platforms connected to your account through their website and when or if they send you products which doesnt happen often at all its sample products... Not full size ones. I am closing down my account with them. If they ever go back to the way they use to be, I will become one of the best reviewers you they have once more.

It is really too bad that the new company that took over Bzzagent has destroyed a once thriving "Word of Mouth" community. I used to really enjoy participating in my campaigns and sharing product experiences with friends and family. Everyone knew I was a Bzzagent and we would have fun discovering new products together, Now, the website is a mess, you are limited to 4 interest categories, and you have to purchase products and share on social media before you can even participate in a campaign. My time is more valuable than that and Bzzagent is not fun anymore. It really is too bad!

I have been a member for wow 10 years but now this site really stinks, you can not even log in let alone get any products anymore, do not waste you time, such a shame i used to love these guys!

If you did not do that, you are not an active member. There is no longer a dashboard for agents to log into. Everything is done via email. This site used to be great. I was always receiving invitations to try out new products... but all that has come to a halt. I don't really know what happened but I can definitely say this... you guys seem to be picking the same people over and over again. How do I know this if you may ask? I am in a group and am also an influencer so the word gets around Pretty quick. Stop picking the same darn people and how about give others a chance to try something? I haven't gotten anything since last year and others haven't even gotten a chance. So I am a voice for those people. Bzzagent seems to be the only company that doesn't send me a thing. It's funny because I have been getting countless items from about 5 other companies! It's rediculous and I'm speaking up about it. Come on bzzagent, do better. I have a great following and excellent, don't know what the issue is. Get it together Bzzagent.

I have loved using bzzagent, I have gotten a handful of products but they have been so great. I mean who hates free stuff. I did all the reviews and everything was dandy. I stopped receiving invites so I decided to log in after a couple of months, come to find out it has completely changed and made me sign up for a new one. Now it won't let me access the site whatsoever. Just error messages galore, this makes me sad because it used to be such a great site. Oh well, time to search for a new one I suppose.

I have been reviewing for BUZZAGENT for years now, like literally since 2013 and I recently joined a campaign for Lash Idle, and received an email that I was approved and the items shipped. I was pretty excited about this, because who doesn't love free makeup. Well, the email that comes when I am approved and item ships sometimes comes with shipping tracking. Well this one didn't. I waited and waited for it to come and it's never came. Why would someone lie and say they didn't receive something when they have never done this before, I have never not reviewed an item I gave. I am not a newbie they see I have been doing this so long. But even after several attempts of emailing support, they tell you to look for tracking and report it through them. Well, WHAT DO YOU DO IF THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER? I HAVE LITERALLY EMAILED THEM 17 TIMES TO GET THEIR HELP AND HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING!

I GET EMAILS FROM THEM DAILY, THREATNING ME, AND SAYING THINGS LIKE, 'REVIEW THIS NOW OR ELSE' I KID YOU NOT I AM POSTING THESE EMAILS BECAUSE I AM SICK AND TIRED IF THR BULLYING OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WONDER IF THESE COMPANIES KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!

Hi Mandy, We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. You emailed us and you were removed from this campaign since you reported not receiving the sample. 1000's of samples are sent every week. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the carriers (USPS, etc). When an agent is removed from a campaign, this does not affect their account. We explained this to you, in our email reply.

This is a sham of a product review company. They have radically changed their interface making it impossible to get on the list of agents. Super impersonal and vague. I wouldn't waste your precious time.

I have been registered with the company since January 2018. I have done all surveys and I logged in daily in to my account. I still have not been offered to take a part in any campain. My daughter who is a member since December'17 never been offered any product. I thought it is real company but 8 months after I think It is fake?! I am very disappointed and I don't recommend anyone to register with them. It is waste of the time.

Been a member for about 2 years. I used to get products about 3-4 a month. Now I haven't gotten anything in 6 months because I stood up to their rude customer service agent Roberta that decided to send me a rude email. I see people sign up every day and get toys, shoes etc. I have been a member 2 years and only get FOOD products. Better companies out there - this isn't one of them. Beware of the crap CSR Roberta. She will ruin your account. They also do not respond on social media.

Bzzagent used to be an awesome site you would get products to test and keep for free in exchange for an honest review I used to get campaigns all the time and now since they merged with a new company I get nothing no invites no emails nothing basically after the merge they forgotten the people who would do honest reviews on products and don't even care to respond back to any emails you send them... bzzagent you used to be awesome but now the merger just makes you plain suck... you shouldn't ignore the people who were on there for a long time.

Waste of time now. You no longer get any samples or offers, nothing. If you're not linked to Facebook, which I would never be, they don't even let you logon to see anything. Worst site now. Used to be great. To bad.

This site used to be a contender for one of the best product review sites. However, since the change, nothing is what it was. It's impersonal, and those who have been BzzAgents for so long are getting brushed aside. All you have to do is read the comments and posts on the Bzzagent Facebook page. Their replies to people voicing their unhappiness about the new format seem a bit snooty at times, as if they just expect you to deal with it. I mean... It's a site that is supposed to gather public opinion. They don't seem to be fond of the tables being turned on them. What once was amazing is now lackluster. Extremely lackluster.

Any problem and if you contact them: the cust. Rep. Roberta will slam you, with her rude words, and if you try to oppose she will Flag your account. Just because I am a student and stay at a house where there are several other roommates from my college. We all signed up and they Flagged our account! Try contacting and the rudest person on earth Roberta makes it worst!
