Absolute horrific experience with BYO Jet. Their customer communication is basically non-existent, there customer service representative refused to escalate my call to his supervisor (advising me that he doesn't have the capability). I called back and spoke to his colleague that connected me with her supervisor right away. Still then: worst customer service I have experienced in my life.

Been waiting 9 month for a refund, now the email address is bouncing back emails. Disgusting rip-off company, disgusting customer services.

BYO Jet (part of the flight centre group) are about to be investigated by AFTA for potential large scale theft of customer funds in the form of flight credits that they are not allowing customers to access. Flight credits were awarded to customers when flights were grounded during the pandemic. Now that the airways are open again BYO jet is not answering calls and e-mails. The funds have gone somewhere?

Hello there, BYOJET people are cheaters and compulsive liars. They are unprfessional people with no work ethics. They misbave on phone call, they hang up customer call, and even they abuse customers on call. I applied my refund 1 year before and called them thousands of times, but they never refunded the money. Never go with byojet.

I would give zero star if I could. Terrible. They make you book with just the first name of the passenger, I should have know, I wondered why it was just the first name when normally it should be as per the passport names. Then they will make you change name and pay AUD 55 per person. Ridiculous. They say the instruction is on the "Help" section. What a dirty trick! Unbelievable. Such a low way to make extra money. When you call them, they have a specific option for "Changing name" so it must be common that people get tricked like we did. So unethical and really upset that we used Byojet. Not worth the slightly cheaper fare because you would lose it anyway with the trickery

I bought a Ticket through BYO Jet from Canberra, Australia to Dhaka, Bangladesh. Booking Reference is BYO*******. It was in 15th of of March, 2020 and because of Covid, Australian boarder closed and I could not travel. I was provided Credit shell. I am trying rebook a flight last 2 months and they kept saying they have sent me request to Malaysian Airline and when I called to Malaysian Airline they said I have to approach BYO jet. I don't know what to do and where to go to solve the issue. It is best lesson never buy ticket through travel agent.

Never use these people. They are deceptive and takes an hour to get to them on the phone, if then! I could go on and on with my dealing with them but too depressing.
