The shipment came really quickly. The swatches are beautiful and I can't wait to see how the bridesmaids' gowns materialize. I am very pleased with the pricing and shipping.

This company is the worst. I'm getting married in April so I figure i would do a test order of PRE MADE products. 2 weeks after ordering they tell me that they don't have the bag I want and ask that I select a new one. Ok. Im not unreasonable, so I send them a bag I would want. DAYS later they replay saying they don't have that one either so HOW ABOUT THIS ONE. So, now you're picking my stuff for me!?! At this point I needed my shoes for another event so I decide to cancel the order. They send me a message saying that I need to allow them time to make my dress. That would be great IF I ORDERED A DRESS! I let them know that the items are pre made so they should have shipped. They then start telling me that they will send the rest of the stuff now. NO! It's too late! I want a refund. They tell me again that I have to WAIT FOR MY DRESS TO BE MADE! HA! I emailed them again about this and they then tell me Ill get a refund. Now they won't respond to my emails and I'm certain I will only get my money back once I contest this with my credit card company. Good luck getting your stuff if you order from here. I went to David's Bridal and spent 3 times the money I would have spent but I now have a dress and its gorgeous. Your loss ByCourtier you scam of a company.

This dress was amazing and everything I ever dreamed of. I ordered it in March and it Got here 3 weeks before my wedding which was May 20th. The dress is very pretty and they even made sure my length was fixed according to my request at no extra charge. I would recommend ordering from this company and I will also order from them again if needed. The least thing I like is that I'm gonna have to get someone else to string up my gown but that's no big problem.
