Seriously, from perpetual cockroach and bed bug infestations. Mice. Pharaoh ants and larder Beatles... Poorly handled, minimal effort applied. Boardwalk has at least 3 different pest controle companies. And inhouse applicators but the problem NEVER ends. Noise violations at 2pm in the afternoon. But other tennants making noise all night for months doesnt matter. Apparently. I was making satellites on my balcony lol. Which was their defence at RTDRS. Liars. Thieves. Turned off the hot water over 2 weeks had no hot water at night. Argued that they were not turning it off. Defending this lie. They burst the boiler and the whole building had no hot water for 3 days durring Christmas 2020... No notice. No sorry. Or acknoledgement at all. Site managers are crooks and negligent. Untrained, unprofessional. Never telling possible renters about bugs. Never SOLVING problems. Renting to drug addicts and gang members... yea. Sure." family building " Security is NEVER on site.
