My daughter bought me the dvd series big love for christmas, the dvd's will not play, they freeze up, when contacting the web page, I have got no response, and there is no phone number to call or return information, they were shipped directly from china. Beware!
I ordered the complete set of Twilight zone dvd's for a Christmas present on 11/29/2010. My Credit card was charged on 11/30/2010. They said they shipped it on 12/2/2010 and gave me a tracking number. When I searched the tracking number on USPS something with this tracking number was shipped but go in info since. On January 11 I ask the company to ship a duplicate or credit my card. They said they would send another. When I ask for a new tracking number they supplied one which turned out to be for a package that was delivered in another state. My last two emails to them have not been answered. Apparently this site is a scam. Don't waste your money.
They charged my credit card but sent me nothing. I paid a hundred dollars for box set of csi new york and they did not send it. They use a 3rd party for disputes and the 3rd party gives two phone numbers but when you call either number you don't get anybody. Also, both the site "BuySeriesDVD" and the 3rd party dispute company give email contact information to send complaints to but I have sent numerous complaints but they do not respond to my complaints.
Ordered a box set of shaun t insanity dvd (10 box set). Poor quality copies and 3 of the disks don't work. I have sent 4 emails and had no reply. DO NOT USE
Ordered the Disney DVD set and never received them. They will not respond to my emails. They charged my credit card and never sent me a thing. Complete scam
Every time I put in my VISA card number it said incorrect Master Card number so I put in a Master Card Number and when I hit continue the following page was all in Chinese. Canceled my order immediately.
They never shipped the items I bought. No response from them at all. Total Frauds! Reporting them to the Federal trade Commission
I ordered a DVD from them and the next morning I had charges of $1500.00 on my credit card I used on their site. They will not return my email
