This company is horrible. Quality of items is not good, sizing is off and their customer service is awful too. They took over two weeks to get back to me. Beware!

BEWARE: extra customs charges and long delay in shipment

The order has not arrived yet after 1 month from purchase (even having paid for an express delivery within 5 working days). On top of that, there are additional customs taxes to be paid by the buyer and not included in the price of the product which, for the quality of the materials, is already on the pricey side.

I would highly recommend you avoid the hassle and buy somewhere else.

After reading reviews & getting bombarded by the ads online, i decided to see for myself. Cause it looks cute. What it is simply: cheap stuff from China. So if that's your thing; and you want it, go for it. BUT do not except good customer service, good quality, or easy /simple returns. It has taken me 3 emails & 5 attempts to unsubscribe from their cult like bombardment of e-mail ads... just don't. You can do better somewhere else.
So my cute earrings & wrap, were a small investment in knowing.

The item was too large so I had to return the item at my own expense.
I used their registered tracking service and despite it arriving back at the warehouse I have still not received my money. They do not answer my emails. Very poor service and now out of pocket. I would never recommend.

They advertise free shipping and easy returns. Easy return you just can't get your money back. They received my return 12-5 with all the proper information and one month and 10 days later still no refund.

It's a scam! Rip off! Quality, and service a little better than cr%p! To return clothing they have to send a return address and won't even though i requested 6 times. There address cannot be found!

Ordered 1 coat, 1 jacket, jewellery and 3 dresses. The items were exactly as advertised and they all fit perfect. This was my first time order, therefore I re-checked the size chart, studied how the item looked on the model and everything work out well. The company kept me informed on my parcel transit and I received my items within a week over the Christmas holiday. Excellent customer service and I will certainly order from Buykud.

Buykud's shipping sucks. It took 30 days for it to arrive. Also, the products are not great quality.

I have purchased many things over the past few years a nd have been 100% pleased. Yes, you must look at the size chart but their measures have been accurate. They have plus sizes which I use for tops a d dresses as I have 44 inch bust a d I have had no problem. I like their airy unique style and comfort. Most styles are natural fabric so take care with washing in cold water a d hang dry.

BUYER BEWARE-- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND for each of the 4 items I bought, the specific item's measurements on the website size chart was NOT accurate.
I bought 4 pieces, and in ALL 4 pieces, the bust measurements were smaller by about 2 inches.
I emailed them, with photos of their website size chart AND the measurements of the pieces I got.
NO response. I messaged them.
NO response. I emailed again.
Finally, their response: "it's not a big difference."...
And even with this issue, they told me I had to cover the cost to send them back.
Photos of an example: Plus Size - Women Solid Color Pocket Corduroy Jacket Coat. Size L. The website chart gives 50.4" (or 25.2" diameter) as the bust measurement. The shirt that arrived to me is 48" bust (24" diameter).

I placed an order that took forever to be received and one item (a hat) seemed to be a child's size, not possible for an adult (yet sold for adult and photo shows adult). It's site says you have to contact their "service" email to return an item. Good luck with that. I've emailed twice and no one answers - no responses. I wonder about their legitimacy in the U.S.A. Their address is listed: Room 22,12F, Block A Hoi Luen Industrial Center,, No. 55 Hoi Yuen Road, Kowloon,, Hong Kong SAR China KL, Kowloon.

Buykud makes great dresses in wonderful dessins for women like me, a bit overweight. I have bought about 8 of them till now and they all fitted great, and they wear lovely. But... if you want to try to send something back. The instructions are absolutely vague and I didn't do it at the end. They say they have made arrangements so you don't have to pay taxes, but I got an invoice for VAT once (in three orders). Communication is rather difficult, on messenger in Facebook they do answer, but it takes some time...

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I have not ordered any product from this deplorable company since being fooled with one pair of shoes two sizes too small and one sweat shirt "green" but arrived grey and ripped to pieces as though a box cutter had attacked it. Additionally, the sweat shirt arrived inside of a plastic sleeve and the product was soaking wet. Since the second burn, I have not opened their emails nor have I gone to their website. Hopefully, this will help others in their decision to order from Buykud.

I saw a good looking pants from Buykud on Instagram. I ordered it. When it arrived the fabric was as thick as a fabric to cover a coach or make curtains. It was so thick, it looked awful. I contacted them and to their credit they got back to me and emailed me the paper work to return it. I paid for the return and once they received and reimbursed me for a pants that costed me $50+shipping and sales tax I paid $64 I received only $41 back. Why I have no idea. I am not going to waste time to understand. But I will never shop Buykud or any business who makes me pay for the return. Hope this is helpful.

The dress I bought took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. It was poorly made, with cheap material, no tags at all, loose cottons hanging, really not worth $30, let alone the exorbitant $103. Mine cost $87 and. After changing from $50 us. currency.

No refunds even if their policy says the do for ill fitting items. In this case, Paypal protects the seller. Right in the hip pocket - i wasted USD $50 on an item no one can wear. But that's okay... China based. Coronavirus :)

I ordered a "flowered turtleneck" and received an UGLY maxi gold cardigan! I will never order again

No customer service at all. Completely nonresponsive. Ruining my holidays. BUYER BEWARE. This company has not responded to at least 6 emails.

I have bought from Buykud several times now, from hats, to scarves, and pants, sweaters and dresses. Only one thing didn't fit but I guess my head is too big. I was afraid at first because I have had bad experiences from things sent from China, but not with them. Everything has arrived within time and according to description. I guess I have been lucky compared with all the terrible reviews I read, but mostly I think they were unlucky because in every purchase I have been satisfied. I would recommend that you check the size charts and the description so you won't be surprised. The last sweater I bought got a lot of praise last weekend when U wore it for the first time on a family trip.

I love 4 dresses bought from this site but one is a complete dog. It looked and fit nothing like the picture. The company doesn't respond to requests to return. Only buy if you are absolutely sure you love the item.

Terrible customer service, returns practically impossible. It took me a month to get absolutely nowhere with my return. I ended up sending it back to the wrong address because there was no clear directions for this and although I had proof of return, they did not honour this. They even denied that they had offices in Singapore. Terrible bullies who heed to be pulled up on their appalling behaviour.

These clothes look great but they are sized for a small person, NOT a plus size person, sometimes not for an L or XL, either. They look oversized but they are shown on a tiny model. The waist bands are small, the shoulder is not graded for a larger size, the sleeve length is often short and the length doesn't translate.
