I purchased lehenga choli for my brother's wedding. They assisted me for one whole month to choose even if I was buying 1 Lehenga choli. They delivered 10 days before the date and the lehenga was extremely gorgeous. I highly recommend them.
I am not at all satisfied with the customer service provided by Buy Indian Wear. The reasons are below: 1. I ordered a lehenga costing 9000 Indian Rupees. The item which I received is of POOR QUALITY as it is not stitched at one place and it has missed embroidery (see attached photo), this means there was no quality checked before shipment. On their website, they guaranteed that if there is any issue relating to product quality, they will proceed with a full refund after viewing the photos. In my case, they told me that there is not much difference between the item I received, and the item displayed on their website, therefore they told me that I should accept what they sold to me. 2. Before order, I asked for detail on the embroidery color, I was told it is of silver color, but in real the embroidery is golden (see attached photo). Buy Indian Wear is not sure about the details of its own product. 3. The color of the lehenga also does not match the photo displayed on their web page, which means, it was purple instead of pink color. 4. I even paid 10$ extra for shipment, despite the fact that they claim items sold have free shipping service.

Don't expect you stitched items to fit! Ordered a few items from this site received my things pretty quick but not stitched well to fit the measured person of that blouse. Which i found quiet pointless to pay them for the stitching if i have to go elsewhere to have there mistakes fixed. Total disappointment

The idea of buyindianwear.com occurred in our mind when we tried to purchase a few lehenga cholis, readymade lehenga, Partywear Lehenga Choli. We felt that these websites either do not offer a great range of Indian fashion or they charge 10 times higher price for something which is hardly worth a few dollars.
