Order product 3 weeks ago, next day great news, received email that product shipped, or so it seemed. Unfortunately product did not ship, they only created mailing labels. 3 weeks later after 3 attempts to contact them via web page "contact us", I'm told what I already knew, product hasn't shipped yet, and have no ideal when it will. Besides never answering first two status requests, web page showed product in stock. Must be one of those companies that charges the customer, then waits until it gets enough cash to go ahead and buy the product from their supplier.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I've
Ever had... and I buy online a lot. I was looking for an
Extend for my iphone and after doing hours of research,
I decided to go with buyijet.com because the site that I
Preferred had it on back order. I was a bit worried
Because the site is very immature, to say the least, but
I needed the device for my team.
The research I did find did some research on buyijet.com
Itself and found some mixed reviews - I found out later
That there are muliple complaint blogs and sites about
This fraudulent company. I decided to take a chance and
Just place the order. My order was placed on December
29,2011; They had a coupon listed on Buxr.com but it
Didn't. I tried to report this to Buxr but was told
That they wouldn't allow comments about the coupons
Because the store was under investigation. On Wednesday
January 2,2008 I received an e-mail from Buyijet.com,
Which I thought would be the shipment confirmation,
Which actually turned out to be a backorder notification
According to the e-mail my order was now being placed
On hold until January 23rd when the item would be
Available.
I called buyijet.com on January 2nd and January 3rd,
With absolutely no luck. Every time I called I would
Stay on hold for over 45 minutes at a time and still
Could not get through to costumer service. I was finally
Able to get through to costumer service and was greeted
By someone who was whispering as if they didn't want
Someone to hear the call. After putting me on hold for
20 minutes, hhe said, I am happy to inform you that your
Order has actually processed and it will be mailed out
Today.
After 2 weeks past and not receiving my order I decided
To call buyijet.com once again. Took 3 more days to
Finally get someone. When the costumer service rep
Picked up the phone I told him I just wanted an update
On my order. Gave him the order number... and he said
"your order has been processed and will be mailed out
Today." At this point I was furious, this was the same
Response I got 2 weeks earlier. After pointing this out
To her he said well let me look at the account.
He put me on hold for about 22 minutes. When he came
Back he asked me if I got the e-mail informing me that
My order was He said she would make sure that the order
Would be mailed today. I asked him if this time it was
Actually going to be done... he said yes and that whoever
Helped me the last time did not check off some box which
Would release the order.
He seemed nervous and rushed on the phone. I began to
Picture the whole operation being run out of a dinky
Apartment some where (I actually followed my hunch and discovered that the who site is run out of an apartment and the fake (not Apple) merchandise comes straight from China).
I took a look at my credit card statement and on top of
Everything they double charged me. I have spent the
Last 2 months trying to get my money back and they wont
Even take my calls. This is the worst experience I have
Ever had online and they need to be closed down or at least
People need to understand that when you buy from BuyiJet.com
You are buying from someone who is running a shame from
An apartment in southern CA laughing all the way to the bank
