Got product through walmart and was directed to buyfuf.com when I had an issue with a defect. After several emails and phone calls--no response. YMMV but if you are doubtful--call them and see if you get a response BEFORE buying. Bad (none) customer service.

Placed and order through this company buying a Fuf-type bean bag pillow. Company charged my account, I did not receive the merchandise. Sent many emails requesting shipping confirmation or a refund. No response. When the customer service number is called, it goes straight to voice mail. This is a business run by Vallone Enterprises, LLC. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!
