Bait and switch alert! They initially offered me $270 for my MacBook, but then lowered the price with made-up reasons after inspection. Totally wasted 2 weeks of my time. I made a YouTube video about it – just search for "buybacktronics scam."

I sent this company a phone because they had the best offer of all of them. Once they received the phone they then said that there was scratches on the glass and it was not in good shape. Also said it was on a contract, which it was and I did not know that. But they then cut the offer to basically nothing so I asked for the phone back. That's when they said they would charge me $20 dollars to get to back. I have never had that happen. I paid the $20 got the phone back and sent o a competitor who paid me full price and did not find any damage on the phone. These guys are dishonest at best.

They lied and said the phone I sent in was MDM locked, however I brought it brand new from Verizon. Ripped the seal and everything. So I know that's not true. Charging me to send it back because I "misrepresented " it due to the imaginary lock on the phone. So they lied and want me to pay them to send me back something I didn't want in the first place.
I SOLD A IPHONE 14MAX PRO AND IT WAS IN LITERALLY FLAWLESS SHAPE WITH VERY IF ANY SCRATCHES AT ALL. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PAY 640. AND THEN WHEN THEY RECEIVED IT A WEEK LATER THEY OFFERED A 100 LESS. CHEAP COMPANY. IM ASSUMING THEY DO THIS TO ALOT OF PEOPLE. GO TO ITSWORTHMORE. THEY DONT LIE LIKE THIS COMPANY DO.
