Order came promptly and kept advised. Had slight problem with faulty clip - Bosch part within the box so not Buyaparcel fault. Rang them and phone was answered straight away - by a real person! - who advised she would see what was best way to sort and ring me back, which she did, within 1/2hr, to advise replacement part would be sent. This was on the Friday before Bank Holiday Mon - replacement part arrived Wed morning! Great customer service so will definitely use Buyaparcel again.
The worst company I've ever dealt with. If you are considering ordering from these guys, I'd look elsewhere and find a more reliable company.

Bought a Bosch 18v cordless circular saw and battery. A lot cheaper than other sites, product arrived on time, super quick, and packaged really well. Great company would highly recommend
