Charged me three times what other sites were charging! Total ripoff. Now have to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back! This is no way to run a business! Left me on hold for over an hour! Disgusted!

BUYER BEWARE- Their name is VERY SIMILAR TO SELECT A SEAT! I typically do not write reviews, but this company did me so wrong, I feel bad NOT putting this out there to hopefully save you from this head ache. Please please please do not give this company your money. They scalped my tickets! Come to find out, tickets for this concert were supposed to be $69 each, this company charged me $120+ each + plus an outlandish service charge! I didn't of course see this charge until after I hit submit! I knew something was wrong when my tickets didn't even have seat numbers when I got my confirmation! I tried to call and cancel within 10 minutes of my purchase, but they "strong armed" me and refused. I would give Buy Any Seat 0 stars if I could! I will personally make sure none of my family and friends ever buy from this company! Eric, Sara- thanks for ripping me off- you are terrible people.

I wanted tickets to a Phillies game on Saturday night and searched on Stub Hub. A link to Buyanyseats.com opened automatically in a new window. I decided to see if their seats were cheaper or in a better spot. I clicked on Saturday games, and a window for tickets on Friday games opened. I did not notice that they were misleading me by offering tickets for a different date (because who misleads people like that, offering Friday tickets when you click on a link to Saturday Tickets?). I bought the tickets. When I got the email notification I saw that the date was wrong and I called immediately, like less than 5 minutes after the purchase.

Buyanyseats.com absolutely refused to help me. ABSOLUTELY REFUSED! They said "There is nothing we can do... Wah Wah Wah, Wha Wha, Wha Wha Wha Wha..." Their attitude was totally dismissive, and insulting. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT directed me to the wrong web site! WTF?

They told me that it was my problem. REALLY? Then they told me that my last resort was to contact the actual ticket holder, Brucestickets.com. The transaction had not even posted to my credit card account! The email address they provided for Bruces tix was fraudulent and got kicked back as undeliverable (try it yourself: *******@brucestickets.com). So I called Brucestickets.com and they gave me the same story and refused to help me even though the transaction still had not been posted as of 12 hours later (this happened overnight). Both businesses said that all sales are final and that there is nothing they can do, it was my mistake and the sales agreement says I own it.

I don't have a problem with owning my decisions, except that they directed me to a link for tickets THAT I DONT WANT AND THAT ARE ON A DIFFERENT DATE! THAT ISN'T MY FAULT, THAT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Don't believe me? That's OK. Here is a video of the FRAUD that Buyanyseat.com perpetuated on me:

Buyanytickets.com didn't believe me either. I asked them to check their own web site and guess what? They claimed it worked fine. THATS BULLCRAP! Check out my video of this blatent "Bait and Switch" tactic they are using. Don't buy from these guys They will take your money and then dismiss you. Bastards!
