Butternut Ridge Apartments

The trash dumpster is constantly broken and trash piles up almost daily, management is extremely rude and disrespectful. First floor units have major bug problems, top floors have lots of leaks from rain and snow, and interior walls/ceilings have plumbing leaks. Beer bottles and cigarette butts are littered regularly, not to mention the frequent suspicious activity. Many non residents fly through the main driveway with complete disregard to the safety of residents and parked cars. Constant pot holes that I'm having to have my car repaired annually for. The number of drug deals happening on the grounds of the clubhouse is unreal. Additionally, I have observed how the management and ownership have, for years, handled the issue of stray cats with a complete lack of humanity. They frequently hire trappers to attempt to come in, trap, and kill the cats. They threaten eviction or fines of $1,000+ if you feed a starving animal, and insist that the cats can sustain on no food from humans. It is absolutely disgusting that they insist on control in this manner. For a "luxury apartment" setting, paying $1,000-$1750/month for this type of quality is appalling.
