I chose the self-paced program. I want to study marketing. After completing the program they give a certificate and awards. I need it. This program will make my resume better and I will gain a lot of knowledge. I have already paid for the course and can start studying.
The assignment does not reflect the knowlegde provided in the course. Support team are weak and lack of responsibility. I face a lot of problems before exam, the email was sent on time. After they sent it, by the time when I click on the link it was not working. All this, make me very skeptical about everything. I was hesitating to going back to review by answers afraid that My essay that took most of my time will not be save. So, I am kind of rushing reviewing the multiple choices answers.
The service is extrordinary, but I need some information about the grading exam system and how that works. Thanks.
There are some updates to your technology that would help your brand significantly - namely, just knowing that you're CMS is wordpress and not something custom built or institutional does dilute. You don't need to change your CMS, just get a qualified IT team in there to freshen your entire presence up. The testing site was great.
The Exam and Project really highlight the material learned and I find that it is very valuable in continuing my career.

This was the perfect training and certification needed for my job. I work in the plumbing/construction industry and my company is a relatively large and high volume contractor. The owners place a great value on our Purchasing dept. and materials management, so this was a good way to not only increase my applicable skills but also to be able to have a formal certification with my title.
The site was pretty slow when needing to stream or download the interviews and audio clips. Also, one of the required books (Purchase Order Management) I could have done without. But the other 2 books were great, and overall I think the program was excellent.

This has been a wonderful journey of learning. The book recommendation was insightful and gave excellent thought-provoking ideas and processes to implement. The audios and videos were spot on and up-to-the minute in what the Recruiting world is really like. I learned so much and have changed and updated the way I now source and recruit candidates. Delay on getting info for level one CHP test but otherwise very responsive. Could do more to make website look more polished and up to date to add to credibility.
The curriculum including the 3 books, assigned project, and timed exam, I believe, prepared me well to consider myself certified as a financial analysis specialist. I worked really hard particularly on the project and feel more knowledgeable about the field as a result of it. I just barely finished the last exam question as time ran out, and I had to pace myself in order to finish on time. I am eager now to know my final grade in both the project and exam and trust that I will be receiving my certificate shortly thereafter. My main objective in taking this certificate course was to learn the specifics required to acquire and fulfill the duties of a financial analyst and to add this certification onto my resume in hopes an employer near me will hire me for such a position.
This is the second course I have taken. The first time around it was a very good experience. This time, I feel that customer service was more than slacking. I had not received any call backs to my questions, and felt ignored. During my study time, I was not able to login to the website, when that was addressed, I had access to the course I was previously enrolled and not the current one. Also, the link to my final exam was initially to the previous class and not the one I was enrolled in which caused a testing delay and inconvenience to my work schedule. I felt very discouraged after leaving a voice mail and sending an email, when I had realized that the link was for the final exam was for the wrong class and I did not receive a call or an email back. I had to initiate the contact. So, I am rating your current customer service as poor.
A little confused by "shopping experience". I took the course and I think it was useful and beneficial. I'd be inclined to take other courses from you.
It was easy but in needs to include the prices of the required reading in order to sum the total cost.
I knew the material, but found the format of the questions confusing. I knew the answers, but one word was off, which may or may not change the answer.
It was good, the grading from your partner for QFOP takes a Long time though and should be automated for grading rather than take a month.
this training was good and a good way to learn when we have a professionnal activity because it is flexible.
