This is my second purchase as very satisfied with make & quality of dog collar. Purchased for my 6 year old Rottweiler like the handle on side to hold when needed overall looks good on him. Also purchased 2 leashes not pictured. This time around wait time about 6 week turnaround well worth it. Support small businesses. Good Company Glad to Recommend. Will purchase again in future. Quality work but highly disappointing when there's an issue with their product and they have no comment or direction in fixing the issue. I have reached out numerous times through email and calls. I have heard nothing back. We wanted to support a small business so we went with them and it's unfortunate because I could have went with another company and avoided dealing with this nonsense. The customer had order the wrong size for two of her collars. We replaced them with two small size collars free of charge. Both collars we delivered to the customer on 9/01/2022 and she is now happy and the issue is resolved.

9 weeks to wait for an order to arrive, they dont answer the phone and are horrible with emails. Poor quality custom lettering on dog collars.

Placed a small order on 02/01 and after I checked on the delay I received a reply stating the order (slipped through the cracks) and would be expedited and shipped within 10 days on 04/13. We are now more than a month later without any reply or refund. I have sent an email and now they won't reply. My first order went well but was super slow shipping. This order makes me wonder how they are even in business.

Do not, repeat, DO NOT, order from this company. They will not ship your order. They will run you around until the two month window for your credit card disputes has closed. Waste of time.

Customer service sucks. Said Covid was causing delays. Requested refund and they never responded back. I recommend you use my experience as a warning not to order from them.

Ugh, I'm disgusted. I wish I saw reviews on this site before I placed an order in OCTOBER! I ordered a collar and patch and was charged right away and given a tracking number TWO MONTHS AGO but my order never shipped. I emailed them about it once a month ago, and they promised to get it out the following week. They never sent it. I've emailed multiple times and they're ignoring all my emails. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I just filed a complaint with the BBB because the patches I ordered 3 months ago have still not been made or shipped. My emails do not get answered and when I do reach someone they tell me they will be made "next week". That has been going on for 3 months. This company created a shipping label 18 days after my order was placed yet nothing has been made or shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This guy is the worst, avoid, avoid, avoid this business!

Gave me runaround for 3 months, kept telling me order would be shipped, but it never did, guy is a total scammer.

I placed my order in February of 2020. Emailed the company on 3/23/20, they told it it had shipped... it had not. Called on 5/1/2020, they told me I'd receive it the following week, I did not. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and will be calling my bank tomorrow morning to dispute the charge. This is ridiculous!

I also wish that I had found this site before ordering. 2 months since ordering end of year gifts for my team. It's February now so pretty much ruined that gift idea. No response, won't respond to emails. Will be reversing with my credit card company. Stay Away!

Ordered over 3 weeks ago still haven't received anything. Messaged them several times from multiple email address, no response. Opening a PayPal case to get my money back. Please listen to the reviews, this is not someone you want to do business with!

Same scenario as the previous reviews: they provided fake tracking info, then stopped responding to my emails and provide no way to reach them.

I bought a dog collar in november its now feb 14 i e-mailed and was getting fast responses untill christmas i had to call them last week and finally got some one to pick up the phone with apology and promises of a week delivery its now a week later nothing i just might take a trip to va with a nice cort order

My order shows that it shipped on 16 April by USPS but no further information and I have not rec'd it 3 months later. I have emailed 4 times without a response nor have I gotten a refund. I wish that I had looked at the reviews before ordering.

I have emailed several times and never have received a response. I have also called for several months inquiring about my order. I was told my on two occasions my order would be shipped by the Following Monday and expressed ship by the end of the week. I have not received my order. It has been another month and now they will not answer their phones. I can not even get a refund. Do not waste your money or time on this company. With all business hurting during the shut down this one is stealing your money.

8 weeks no collar, no call no email no service. Find another service provider with better turnaround time and customer support. I tried to work with them but excuses aren't good for business

I'm sitting here a month after I placed my order with a bogus shipping label created 15 days after order was placed and I tried to follow-up and track it. The patches were meant for an addition to a gift which is ruined at this point. Wish this place would get shutdown and stop preying on people. Wish I would have seen all the negative reviews initially.

Purchased a collar with name patch and a leash back on 4/15/2020 and still have not received it as of 6/18/2020. Have spoken to them over the phone a few times only to be lied to about the product shipping out. Was told 4 weeks ago that the product will ship in 2 weeks, then was told 2.5 weeks ago that the product will ship in one week. This business has never answered my emails, and as of 2 weeks ago I think they blocked my phone number because it goes straight to voicemail now and they do not call back. I have contacted the bank to dispute the transaction, which in the end will cost them the sale and a $75 chargeback. The only thing custom about this order was a 1.5" x 4" patch. Ridiculous...

DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH BULLRUN! They take your money, create a blank FedEx or UPS shipping label to show effort or intent, but in the end there is no product and they keep your money. Online thieves. I should have noticed they were suspicious when they weren't registered in the Better Business Bureau. I ordered military name tapes on 4 March 2019 and I do not have them yet on 23 April 2019 -- with no explanation! They stopped replying to my messages 2-3 weeks ago. Pursuing legal recourse.

This has to be some sort of scam they will take your money and never ship your products. Purchased items in 12/14/2019 and as of today 02/11/2020 have yet to receive a reason or the items.

I have never met a more dishonest company in all my years of shopping online. They lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. I placed my order on July 13th. I waited 12 weeks before I even reached out to them. Then I started sending an email about once a week and every time I got the same response "you'll see it next week" it's shipping out now" after several weeks of that I even saw that a tracking label had been generated. But still nothing. USPS didn't take possession of the item for an additional 3 1/2 weeks. It wasn't until after I did a charge back on my credit card that my order magically shipped the day after my credit card company contacted them. So close to six months later the order should arrive.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this company like the plague. This is not a Covid related delay. This is a company to flat out lies and tries to manipulate their customers.Seriously you need to avoid avoid avoid this company. I only hope people check and see these reviews before they place an order because clearly I wasn’t the only one with issues.
