Placed a $180 order for a dozen hats. Emailed me back a couple of times to confirm logo and then once I paid there was no shipping confirmation, no more email responses, no product showed up. Stole my money. AVOID.

Their website shows some great/unique product. It also shows the majority of it in-stock - it is a lie. They do not have inventory to my understanding and they do not fulfill orders they make you pay for up front. They are not a reputable company & they should not be allowed to operate as one. My only advice is to NOT use them for anything.

I placed an order for 156 caps on 7/15 with a 5 day turn around promised on the merch. I received 52 of the caps on 8/11 - far past when they should have come. When i emailed to ask about my remaining 104 caps I was told I was refunded for them because they are not in stock. I never received a refund nor was it ever communicated that any items were out of stock. Very shady business.

I ordered one hat to sample and I'm glad I did just order one. The order took over a month to arrive and when it did arrive it was defective. The back strap wasn't sown in and immediately fell off. I emailed them and still haven't heard back from them. Don't waste your money and time.

Order $1,000+ worth of hats and they never came in and we never received a shipping confirmation. We contacted them over 15 times via Email, Instagram, etc. and they never replied to any emails. They saw the Instagram messages however never replied, and proceeded to block us.

I normally only ordered blank hats from them and had no problem always received the hats within an few days. Decided to try their custom embroidery special Bad idea. They say 2-3 weeks turnaround. Hats finally delivered in 5 weeks. That I can deal with but the quality of the stitching Was terrible I wish I could upload the images. About 4 out of the 12 hats where completely unacceptable. No way you could sell them to a customer in that condition. They offer no refunds on custom embroidery! So keep your money and buy elsewhere!

Company was unresponsive to emails. Order took over a month to ship and arrive. When the order did arrive, it was not packed well. The quality of the hat was subpar. Do not or order from this company.
