From my initial email requesting availability of 100 books of the same title (The Dinosaur That Lived in My Backyard, BG Hennessy, & Susan Davis), to the pricing quote which was the best price, without me having to even ask, to the delivery...and then I needed 50 MORE...the customer service was flawless, amazingly easy. I can't express enough how grateful I am for making this process easy, and even enjoyable

We got the books we wanted for training at the best price we found and they came quickly. The only small quibble I had was that there was no tracking until the books were already out for delivery later that day. It wasn't really a problem, though, and the next time we need books we will certainly come to you!
