Response from artwork team is absolute trash. Days between responses. Empty promises of expedited orders due to them dragging their feet. Expected times on the site enticing you to use them is simply lies and false advertisement. 10000000% will never do business with this company ever again and wouldnt suggest you use them either. If you have weeks and weeks to wait, maybe but with so many other viable options out there offering the same service, Id recommend giving anyone else a shot as this company is more concerned about reeling you in with false expectations and delay after delay. Turns out EXPEDITED shipping is UPS GROUND! F++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
"Typically" Buildasign does well, but over 1 month to receive items and worse we sell commercial and residential real estate...$900,000 property sitting without FOR SALE banner... &CSR wouldn't discount

CSR explained that I didn't get charged for some items...I was like "Great" which ones?....the ones I didn't receive!!!! OKAY thanks for that-

The sign is not what I was expecting. The material is good and the reflective on both sides excellent.
The lettering and spacing was not par. It is hard to do a good layout on the phone. I was told I would get a refund but have not yet.
Tip for consumers:
Be very careful about font and spacing. Do not expect the company to help in measuring or anything.

The sign is not returnable but I'm not sure I will give the gift or not.
The company toughts a 25% discount and FREE SHIPPING on their online advertising. The only problem with it is they adjust the price to cover the cost of the shipping. I priced is without the promotion and the sign was $14.02 and shipping was $19.95 for a total of just over $36 with tax. Then I priced it with the 25% off promotion and free shipping and the sign jumped in price from $14.02 to $31.85 and the total was just over $34 with tax - SMH! It is a deceptive way to do business.
Tip for consumers:
They say they have free shipping but they increase the product price to cover the shipping - SMH!
Received incomplete order, but packing slip said it was complete. Called and was told order would ship out 2nd day air. 4 days later, order still not here. Called back, response is "oh yeah, we cancelled that". No call, no email, nothing. Now its supposed to be shipping Ground, but she can't get me a tracking number "for at least 24 hours". This is just poor customer service.
