Great prices! Shipping to USA takes a bit longer (as one should expect :) but you save when you plan ahead. Canceling auto order is my only suggestion for improvement. Customers do not want to call, email or chat online to cancel upcoming auto ship orders. The online chat was easy enough so it won't keep me from auto order again when I need it. Thank you for affordable pet care products!

When I ordered from this company I was never aware my product was coming from Singapore, I found out later from the tracking, well it's now been 32 days and I still have not received my order and I'm starting to think it's a scammer site, they refuse to answer any of my emails and now it shows the tracking has stopped altogether, they guarantee delivery but actually never really follow up on that guarantee.stay far away from this company for your own good

I ordered $100 worth of flea/tick protection for my cats and dog almost a month ago. First, I emailed them asking why I hadn't received my order. No response. So I called and they said it had been shipped and that I would receive it "any day now." Two weeks later, I'm still waiting. I went on line today to check reviews because I'm afraid I got scammed. They may have been a few dollars cheaper when I bought the products, but because it has taken so long I had to buy products elsewhere ~ my pets protection time had ran out. So, I really didn't save on my budget for pet care. They lost my business. I won't order from them again.

Placed an order for dog meds an order went through but no shipping date. It took me about four times to get a hold of a customer service rep and then they said it was shipping from the UK and would take one to two weeks I canceled the order and be careful.

I placed my order on Oct. 21st, said it would ship the next day. Didn't ship until the 23rd. They say free shipping, that's great. I called after a week and asked when I could expect my order. He said it would be atleast 10-14 BUSINESS days until you see your order. His response to why they don't list that info, was" It's in the FAQ'S."I said why would I look there when it says free shipping. Who would ever expect it to take 14 business days?! It's now Nov. 3rd, STILL NO NEXGARD, my dog was covered in fleas. I called again and they still can't tell me when it will be here!

I have ordered form BPC for 2 years now and stupidly I thought I was not buying the right product because my pets and my family still had fleas and ticks. I started with "Biospot" this one caused an allergic reaction on 2 of my cats- burns and hair loss. Then I bought Advantix- still had fleas and ticks, recently I bought Frontline-plus on advice from the vet. We still have fleas and ticks- Now reading all the issues people have had... My guess is they are selling an inferior product with the label of the name brand product. Sometimes it doesn't make sense to try to find the cheapest thing. It infuriates me that they can get away with it because they are not of the US. By the way- they have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau.

It took over a month to receive my products. I ordered some other products on the same day from PetShed.com and receive them within 3 days.
