Great prices! Shipping to USA takes a bit longer (as one should expect :) but you save when you plan ahead. Canceling auto order is my only suggestion for improvement. Customers do not want to call, email or chat online to cancel upcoming auto ship orders. The online chat was easy enough so it won't keep me from auto order again when I need it. Thank you for affordable pet care products!

When I ordered from this company I was never aware my product was coming from Singapore, I found out later from the tracking, well it's now been 32 days and I still have not received my order and I'm starting to think it's a scammer site, they refuse to answer any of my emails and now it shows the tracking has stopped altogether, they guarantee delivery but actually never really follow up on that guarantee.stay far away from this company for your own good

When I ordered from this company I was never aware my product was coming from Singapore, I found out later from the tracking, well it's now been 32 days and I still have not received my order and I'm starting to think it's a scammer site, they refuse to answer any of my emails and now it shows the tracking has stopped altogether, they guarantee delivery but actually never really follow up on that guarantee.stay far away from this company for your own good

Terrible company or scammer whatever it is, they will not return emails or honor their guarantee it's been 32 days and I still have not received the product I paid for

Why does the actual box state there are 3 doses but has a sticker that was added saying there are 6 doses? I ordered 6 doses, but this makes me wonder if there is an issue with the product's authenticity or quality. It's very concerning for my dogs' health. Also, the product is now being shipped from Singapore. It used to be shipped from the UK. I've left reviews on the website, but they never seem to show up on the website.

I bought something from BudgetPetCare years ago, and they still send me TONS of emails despite unsubscribing several times. That is uncalled for. Now I'm sending their emails directly to my spam folder and will never buy from them again.

First this place ships from Singapore or Salisbury UK. Lack of facts and transparency NOT found on their website or to call in. No proof ANY CONSUMER in USA receives their purchase within 14 days or 14 months!

I am desperate for cheap priced flea meds but must know it will not be BAD medicine that damages nervous system or kills my cat. I contacted ZOETIS in MN that makes REVOLUTION. They emailed me a 50% discount voucher to take to my vet. They recommended NEVER use a non prescription shop. But if you do. Verify it is Canadian or MEXICO. Zoetis has regional HQs in these countries. Sell direct to distributors. Canada and Mexico do not require RXs for flea meds. Zoetis gave me reason why USA does - too many pets were dying from off label OTCs. Americans were mis dosing. Not reading labels for guidance etc. so a dr must guide American pet owners.

Tip for consumers:
Trust only USA or contact medicine maker customer service and ask for a coupon to take to your vet. Do NOT make mistakes with flea meds- they destroy neurological system of dogs and cats or kill them!

It's difficult to track orders as you can not click the tracking number. There's also no way to manage subscribe and save. I was charged for a tracking number even though I live in the USA. They do not clearly post there return policy. They need to have a tab in there menu for returns. This will be my last order from them

I ordered some Frontline for my dog. It took for forever to get. Finally received it yesterday in the mean time my dog passed away so I was trying to return for a credit since I no longer needed it. Yesterday I talked to Shane who said would e-mail me the address to return item. It was never sent. Today I called again this time James told me I could send it back but shipping back was very costly. He said it would cost about $40 to 50.00 to send back to the United Kingdom. I thought I was ordering here in the U.S. Never again will I order from this company!

ATTENTION USA BUYERS! READ BELOW!
The website is UK based, BUT there is no mention of it on the site. Once you place the order the confirmation email does not say anything about shipping time ($4.99 - sounds like USPS, great), but once you get your second email that's where it says 12-17 business days - that's over 3 weeks max! I called and they told me the order is shipped and can't be canceled, you need to "refuse the delivery" to cancel, basically sit home and wait for the mailman to drop the package off. The "good news" is that the packages are being delivered to the US in about 7 days (a business I assume). Once you get the confirmation that the order is shipped, you still don't get the tracking number for another 2 days as I have been told on the phone, why? - probably because it's not shipped and they don't want to refund. This site is a scam for the US market! They work in the MEDICINE industry for pets with no consideration that medicine is something needed right away and not in 3 weeks, but they don't have the decency to post that they ship from the UK, because they are in the money making business, and not pet care. This is a legal scam!

Tip for consumers:
If you are located in the USA buy local-ish. Unless you are stocking up for the future. Ships from UK for up to 17 business days.

In June 2023 I ordered 2 Seresto Collars for cats from Budget Pet Care, the previous collars had been purchased from PetSmart and they had worked well. After a few weeks my oldest cat began coming to me for more grooming, which is something he does when having fleas. Long story short, I kept the tin cans for a craft project at a later date and when I retrieved them today, I noticed that the barcodes on the back of both cans are exactly the same as each other, they are suppose to be different of course. Also, neither of the barcodes on the collars match the barcodes on the tin cans! Wish I could add a picture to this review so you could see how the packaging was identical for both tins. I will not try anything else from this company, my kittys have suffered for months so to me trying to same money.

Ordered Frontline plus from Budget pet care, didnt work for my cat at all and Frontline plus ALWAYS works for my cat. So I'm thinking it's not the REAL Frontline plus! Very dissatisfied..

I bought 9 doses of frontline plus(59.23) Arrived in a different box than is advertised and box indicates FOR VET USE ONLY. Why would these idiots send customers that did not indicate they are a vet a product for VET USE ONLY? Answer = SCAMMERS. The advertisement has the USA box of FRontline Plus but the box they sent is certainly not the same box. I guess it's the UK Frontline Plus. Who charges $5 for a tracking? They know most of us wont pay the $5 for tracking so we won't immediately find out it is an out of the country purchase. It took 2 weeks to arrive but I didn't really care about that. I'm not sure the stuff even works after reading the reviews that they may be selling fake meds but I applied it to 1 of my dogs this morning. I will see. It certainly has less in this vial than the ones i buy at walmart. I probably need to use 2 for 1 dose. I'm glad I only spent $59. I will not be ordering again. Too risky. No telling what they will send. He hasn't had a tic try to land on him since I started these treatments back in June. I originally buy from walmart online but they were out of the 1 I needed. I do not recommend any company that will not send what they advertise.

So, I ordered from this site to see what would arrive. The envelope came from Shropshire, England. The Customs label declared "PetSupplies", no mention of prescription medications (I also ordered Bravecto). It looked like Heartgard, but with a different label from the product sold in the US. I don't know if it is legitimate, but I certainly hope it is NOT! This is a prescription item for a reason. If used improperly, the dog can have a serious and many times fatal anaphylactic reaction. I strongly urge consumers to use a reputable supply for prescription items. And this is not one. Please don't kill your dog! I am a practicing veterinarian in Maryland.
By the way: the Bravecto was distributed in South Africa and the Heartgard was distributed in Australia. At least the packaiging was written in English. Many of the illegally sold drugs (at least the ones I have seen) have non-English labelling. Needless to say, these made their way quickly to the trash!

Slow to arrive due to international shipping (That was not made clear). Then misleading product / Not at all as they advertise. Advertise as Generic Heartguard but not the same active ingredients. One is the same but only 1/2 of the does of the real. None of the 2nd ingredient. Not happy and wanted to return. Now I have to pay for shipping overseas with tracking to get refund. Not in USA company so return shipping with tracking is over 1/2 the cost of the product, then with the shipping I paid to get it not worth even returning. I would not waste my time with them as VERY misleading.

I ordered two 6-month supplies (in different sizes for my dogs) of Nexgard flea and tick medicine for my dogs. The picture of the box on their website is the legitimate box, from Nexgard, in English.

What they sent me were counterfeit boxes from South Africa in what I'm guessing is Afrikaans, (not English) and both boxes were 3-month supply boxes they opened, shoved 3 more pills in, and taped shut.

I called them and they tried to tell me they reuse boxes and that's why it was open, but a quick google search of vet meds from foreign countries turned up multiple images of real vs counterfeit medicine boxes. When I asked them why I have counterfeit boxes, they kept trying to tell me it just looks different because that's how they get meds cheaper. I demanded a refund (which posted today). I am not giving my dogs fake meds which could either not work, or kill my dogs.

Do NOT order from this company! I included a screenshot of the box shown on their website versus the boxes I received. The last of text on the front is a clear sign of counterfeit medication.

Ordered tick/flea and heartworm meds for my 2 gsd's. They need to be given every month. To be sure that they would be received on time, ordered them with 2 month buffer. 2 months came and went, and no communication. Upon calling, "Oh, so sorry, they are back ordered". Given that these items are time sensitive, any company with any semblance of customer service would have given a heads up. Particularly given today's ease of communication, email, text, etc. Nope. Nada. Why the hell go to the trouble of getting customer contact info? Just lost a customer.

I ordered 12 Nexgard tablets and received one box of 3 tablets (from China, a month after ordering). The box was sealed with yellow stickers that said "12 Quality Doses". So, someone opened the box that is designed to contain 3 tablets and shoved 9 more tablets in, and sealed the box with sketchy yellow stickers. I wouldn't give this to my dog in a million years. I've asked for a refund and will gladly ship this back, but I'm not optimistic that I'll get a response.

Purchased a year's supply from them and it became obvious it wasn't doing the job. Thought it was site selling expired medication only to find out they sell counterfeit products - checked the EPA # and its on the list of counterfeit products that vendors are required to stop selling. Asked for refund and hope they'll honor it. I continue to be spammed by them despite unsubscribe from their mailing list and now get spammed by their sister companies Canada Pet Care and Budget Vet Care. Avoid at all costs.

Have ordered twice. Takes forever to get the product. First time I didn't check the packaging. Second time I did. Counterfeit. Be aware as now I have products I am afraid to use in fear of my animal's safety.

I ordered some Program flea medicine for my cat over 2 weeks ago. They took money out of my account soon as ordered. You can not track it and believe me customer service is rude ans could careless. Will be reporting them. No business should be run this way

I ordered Frontline Plus on Oct11. It is Oct 25 and I am still waiting! Why? Because I was told it came from a pharmacy in Australia and then it spent a week in Germany. It arrived in the US on the 23rd. I live in Iowa! Something that is in every pet store is traveling halfway across the world! I wonder what the package will look like if I ever get it?

Still waiting for my order and my new kitten needs the flea killer badly, I will never order anything from this company again. I called customer service and the representatives are very rude. I will never sacrifice a lower price for bad service. Not worth it!

If you buy Frontline Plus from www.budgetpetcare.com be ready to get disappointed. Its the wrong version from South Africa! I called Merial and they said do not use it! Nuff said! Thanks Merial for being a stand up company and replacing it for FREE!
