After my pair of pants fell apart with many holes within a few months, I complained, and they offered me some credit for a new pair which was nice. I asked about the different pants, and they said the organic cotton one was more prone to holes, so I should order a regular cotton. I did so. When I received the pants, they were completely different in style and about a foot shorter in inseam and so didn't fit at all. The inseam is not listed on the site. I asked about them and they said the style is just different and I would have to pay for shipping to return them. I had already paid for shipping to receive them. I basically paid an extra $30 for pants that were not well described and am stuck with the holey ones.
