Smooth process, no hassle.

The "experience" was excellent, but the baseball hat seems a bit big on me, despite tightest adjustment. It never occurred to me that I should be concerned about size. Perhaps there was a slightly smaller size that would have been better for me.

I enjoy the new layout of the website. Very easy to navigate through! Shipping money is a problem though since I live in Hawai'i.

Website very helpful - contacted customer service and they also help.
