Over all this was an easy and good experience with you. The only thing I would try is cut the shipping cost if possible.

I messed up on the order quantity and didn't notice it till after it was too late. I simply replied to the email that Buck Wholesale sent and requested a cancellation. My email was responded to in record time and we were able to correct my problem. Great service.

Good Quality and selection and good price

The hats I ordered were great---I was not satisfied with gloves I purchased--as they were smaller than antcipated

Process of purchasing was easy n' answered my question about how the hat fits in a well n' timely mannered.

Every year I order black fedoras for PHS jazz band. This year the black felt were not available so I ordered the straw fedoras. Fingers crossed the quality is just as good.

So far so good.

I sent an email requesting to be contacted when the black six panel caps came in and the email was not acknowledged and no one contacted me. I kept checking the site for the caps and was able to make an order.

The air holes on the hat are not even. Makes for super hard embroidery! So disappointed.

The hats are top quality and the customer service is awesome!
